차압된 자동차에 대한 낙찰가 예측 및 영향 요인 분석

Abstract

최근 폭스바겐 탈세 사건이 발생하였음에도 불구하고 국내를 비롯하여 세계 자동차 시장은 여전히 성장하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 차압된 자동차에 대한 낙찰가 예측 모형을 제시하고 이에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 도출하고자 한다. 이 때 국산차와 수입차의 낙찰가는 비교적 차이가 크게 나므로 각각에 대하여 두 가지 예측 모형을 제시하였다. 모형 적합시 사용된 통계적 기법으로는 선형회귀모형, 의사결정나무, 랜덤 포레스트, 신경망 모형을 사용하였고 모형 평가 지표로 사용된 RMSE를 기준으로 가장 작은 RMSE를 가진 랜덤 포레스트 모형이 최적 모형으로 선택되었다. 그 결과 국산차 낙찰가에는 자동차의 나이, 배기량, 주행거리가 주요 영향을 미치는 요인으로 드러났으며 수입차 낙찰가에 대하여 주요 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 자동차의 나이, 배기량, Super car의 유무로 도출되었다. 두 모형에 대하여 자동차의 나이와 배기량이 모두 유의한 변수인 것으로 보아 최신형 자동차일수록 배기량이 클수록 낙찰가는 모두 높아진다고 할 수 있다.;Although tax evasion recently occurs volkswagen, there is still a growing global automotive market, including domestic market. The purpose of this study was to derive a key factor that affects the prediction model presents a tender price for the foreclosure cars. At this time, we propose two prediction models because the contract price of the domestic car and imported car is relatively different. Also, We used various statistical methods like Linear Regression, Single TREE, Random Forest, Neural Network. Finally, Random Forest was chosen to be an optimal prediction model since it has the smallest RMSE as model evaluation index. As a result, First, in domestic car auction model, car’s age, displacement, mileage were important variables and in case of imported car auction model, car’s age, displacement, Super car were important variables. That is, the more recent car, the greater the displacement, the contract price all increase.
