남자 고등학생이 지각한 부모의 갈등과 음주 및 흡연의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 남자 고등학생들을 대상으로 지각된 부모갈등과 음주 및 흡연행위 간의 관계에서 분노정서의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 먼저 각 변인들의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 하였다. 다음으로 구조 방정식 분석을 통해 각 변인들의 구조적 관계를 파악한 뒤 지각된 부모갈등과 음주 및 흡연간의 관계에서 분노정서의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 다변량 델타 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 부모갈등과 음주 및 흡연행위 간의 관계를 분노정서가 매개하는 연구모형을 설정하고, 이에 대한 적합도 검증을 실시하여 연구 모형의 적합성을 확인하였다. 변인들 간의 경로는 지각된 부모갈등에서 음주와 흡연으로 가는 직접 경로를 제외한 모든 경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 분노정서에서 음주행위로 가는 경로가 가장 강력한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 분노정서의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 지각된 부모갈등이 분노를 통해 음주 및 흡연행위에 미치는 단순매개효과가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 종합해보면, 지각된 부모갈등이 강할수록 분노정서가 증가하고 음주행위를 하는 성향이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 지각된 부모갈등이 강할수록 분노정서가 증가하고 흡연행위를 하는 성향이 증가하는 것도 확인할 수 있었다. 지각된 부모갈등이 음주 및 흡연에 미치는 영향에서 분노정서의 매개효과가 확인됨에 따라, 그 기제에 대한 이해를 넓히고 지각된 부모갈등으로 인해 경험하는 분노정서에서 어려움을 겪는 남자 청소년들의 음주 및 흡연문제의 예방과 효과적인 치료를 위한 개입전략 마련에 본 연구 결과를 활용해 볼 수 있을 것이다.;The purpose of this study was to identify the relation among interparental conflicts which a male high school student perceived, anger, drinking and smoking. The study participants (569 Male High School Students) were drawn from Seoul, Gyeonggi and Jeonbuk regions. The data were analyzed with Pearson's correlation, Structural Equation Modeling by SPSS 21.0 and M-Plus 7.0. The results of the study were as follows: First, the examination of structural relation among the major variables showed that all the paths were significant except the path from perceived interparental conflicts to drinking and smoking. Especially, the path from anger to drinking was the most powerful. Second, the result indicated that the mediating effect of anger among perceived interparental conflicts, drinking and smoking was significant. These results showed that anger should be considered in designing a intervention program for Male High School Students who have trouble in drinking and smoking caused by perceived interparental conflicts. Findings in this study also exhibited the direction for future research of perceived interparental conflicts and anger of adolescents.
