특성화 고등학교의 취업 장벽과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 진로태도성숙도 및 진로교육만족도의 조절효과 검증

Abstract

본 연구에서는 특성화고등학교 학생들의 취업 장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이들의 관계에 대한 진로태도성숙도와 진로교육만족도의 조절 효과를 검증하였다. 연구를 위해 경기도내 특성화고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 628명을 대상으로 취업 장벽, 진로준비행동, 진로태도성숙도 및 진로교육만족도에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 연구문제와 그에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연구문제 1에 해당되는 특성화고등학교 학생들의 취업 장벽, 진로준비행동, 진로태도성숙도, 진로교육만족도의 관계를 살펴본 결과 취업 장벽은 진로준비행동, 진로태도성숙도, 진로교육만족도와 각각 유의한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 진로준비행동은 진로태도성숙도 및 진로교육만족도와 각각 유의한 정적인 상관을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 진로태도성숙도는 진로교육만족도와 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연구문제 2에 해당하는 특성화고등학교 학생들의 취업 장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계를 진로태도성숙도가 조절하는가를 확인한 결과 진로태도성숙도가 높을수록 특성화고등학교 학생들의 진로준비행동을 직접적으로 높이는 것으로 나타났으며, 동시에 취업 장벽과 상호작용하여 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 취업 장벽을 경험하는 특성화고등학교 학생이라 해도 진로에 대한 바른 선택과태도를 갖출수록 진로준비행동에 적극적일 수 있음을 의미한다. 연구문제 3에 해당하는 특성화고등학교 학생들의 취업 장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계를 진로교육만족도가 조절하는가를 확인한 결과 진로교육만족도는 진로준비행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않지만 취업 장벽과 상호작용하여 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 취업 장벽을 경험하는 특성화고등학교 학생이라 해도 진로교육만족도를 높게 유지하면 진로준비행동에 적극적 일 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구의 의의는 선행연구에서 밝혀진 바와 같이 특성화고등학교 학생의 취업 장벽이 진로준비행동에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인하였으며, 나아가 취업 장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계를 중재할 수 있는 보호요인으로 진로태도성숙도와 진로교육만족도라는 조절 변인을 발굴한 것이다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the employment barrier on the preparation course behavior among specialized high school students and tested the moderating effects of career attitude maturity and satisfaction of career education on relations between them. For those purposes, a survey on the employment barrier , the preparation course behavior , career attitude maturity and satisfaction of career education was conducted with 628 specialized high school students in Gyeonggi Province. The findings according to the research questions were as follows: First, the study examined relations among the employment barrier, the preparation course behavior, career attitude maturity, and satisfaction of career education of specialized high school students and found significant negative correlations between the employment barrier and the preparation course behavior and career attitude maturity, satisfaction of career education. The preparation course behavior had significant positive correlations with career attitude maturity and satisfaction of career education. Finally, career attitude maturity did not have significant correlations with satisfaction of career education . Second, study door that employment barriers that characterize high school students career preparation behavior in relation to career attitude maturity results do confirm the adjustment. Higher career attitude maturity directly increased the preparation course behavior of specialized high school students and had significant impacts on the preparation course behavior by interacting with the employment barrier, which indicates that students of high career attitude maturity can maintain a high level of the preparation course behavior even in an environment vulnerable to the employment barrier. Third, study door that employment barriers that characterize high school students career preparation behavior in relation to career education satisfaction results do confirm the adjustment. Satisfaction of career education did not have direct influences on the preparation course behavior but had significant impacts on it by interacting with the employment barrier, which means that special education students having high satisfaction of career education can maintain a high level of the preparation course behavior when experiencing the employment barrier. There is a need for the accumulation of researches to identify a variety of moderating variables helpful for the preparation course behavior maintenance of specialized high school students
