중국어I 대학수학능력시험 및 모의평가와 수능 EBS 교재의 연계성 연구

Abstract

지난 1993년 처음 실시된 대학수학능력시험은 대학입학을 원하는 학생들을 평가하는 가장 중요한 시험으로 지금까지 매년 실시되고 있다. 시험시간부터 시작해 과목, 평가 방법, 출제, 성적산출 등 시험에 관련된 다양한 요소는 각 교육과정과 시대적 흐름에 따라 변해왔다. 하지만 이러한 변화와 상관없이 대학수학능력시험이 대학입학에 있어 절대적인 비중을 차지하다보니, 대학수학능력시험의 높은 점수만을 얻기 위한 사교육 열풍이 불면서 공교육 경시를 비롯한 부정적인 현상이 나타났다. 이에 한국교육과정평가원은 지난 2011년 2월, 대학수학능력시험과 EBS 교재 및 강의 간 연계 출제를 공식 발표해 공교육의 정상화를 꾀하고, 사교육열 감소라는 정부의 정책목표를 제도적으로 뒷받침하고자 했다. 하지만 획일적으로 적용된 기준과 방식은 EBS 연계 출제의 효과를 반감시켰다. 뿐만 아니라 EBS 연계 출제에 대한 연구가 시험의 주요 영역인 언어, 수리, 외국어 영역 등을 중심으로 이루어져 탐구영역과 제2외국어영역에 대한 충분한 논의가 이루어지지 못한 상태다. 이에 본 연구는 제2외국어영역 중국어I 과목을 중심으로 대학수학능력시험 및 모의평가와 수능 EBS 교재 간 연계방식 및 내역에 대해 예를 들어 설명하였다. 또한 각 시험의 중국어I 과목의 문항을 정답률에 따라 EBS 연계 유형을 분석함으로써 EBS 연계출제가 실질적으로 문제의 정답률을 높이는데 기여했는지에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 제2외국어영역 중국어I 과목에 대한 EBS 연계의 효과성에 대해 검증하였으며, 나아가 중국어I 과목의 성공적인 문제출제를 위한 몇 가지 방법에 대해 제언하였다. 본 연구가 대학수학능력시험 및 모의평가 중국어I 과목 문제출제에 참고·활용되기를 바라며, 대학수학능력시험 중국어I 과목에 대한 연구가 앞으로 더욱 활발하게 이루어지기를 기대한다.;The College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) which first started in 1993, has become one of the most important examinations and is being carried out every year until now. The various factors related to CSAT such as, exam time, subject, evaluation method, result calculation, and etc., have changed according to the curriculum and stream of times. However, regardless of these changes negative phenomenon has occurred. Since CSAT takes up absolute proportion in University admission, private education became popular among students in order to gain high grades, whereas public education gradually got neglected. Hereupon, in February 2011, Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation has officially announced that EBS textbooks and classes will be affiliated with the CSAT questions. This is to institutionally support governments’ policy objectives of normalizing the public education and reducing the growing fever of private education. However, uniformly applying these standards and methods has antagonized the effect of EBS and CSAT affiliation. Furthermore, previous research were mainly concentrated on major sections of the CSAT such as Language, Mathematics, and Foreign Language but limited discussion was made to other sections such as Science and Second Language. Hence, this research examines the method and the details of affiliating EBS textbooks and CSAT questions by concentrating on the Second Language Chinese 1 subject. Moreover, in accordance with the questions from each Chinese 1 examinations and the percentage of correct answers, EBS affiliation format has been analyzed and evaluated to find out whether EBS affiliation have contributed in practically increasing the percentage of correct answers. Based on these findings, this research verified the effectiveness of EBS affiliation for Second Language Chinese 1 subject, and furthermore the study proposes few methods to successfully present examination questions for Chinese 1 subject. I truly hope this research can be used as a reference in presenting examination questions for Chinese 1 subjects in CSAT and mock examinations. Moreover, I look forward to further active research considering Chinese 1 subject for CSAT.
