교회학교 유아교사교육에 관한 기초연구

Abstract

본 연구는 유아 기독교교육을 담당하고 있는 교회학교 유아교사교육에 관한 기초 연구로서, 교사들이 인식하고 있는 유아 기독교교육 철학의 경향과 교육에 임하는 태도, 및 교사들이 받고있는 교사교육 실태를 조사하여 교회 변인과 개인 변인에 따른 차이를 분석하고, 교사가 받은 사전교육 및 현직교육 유형에 따라서 교육에 임하는 태도에 차이가 있는지 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구 목적에 따른 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 교회학교 유아 교사가 인식하는 기독교교육 철학의 경향은 어떠하며, 학력과 전공에 따라 차이가 나타나는가? 2. 교회학교 유아 교사가 교육에 임하는 태도는 어떤 경향이며, 교회위치·유아수·교사수 및 교사의 학력·전공에 따라 차이가 있는가? 3. 교회학교 유아 교사가 받고있는 교사교육 실태는 어떠하며, 교회 위치·유아수·교사수에 따라 차이가 있는가? 4. 교회학교 유아 교사가 받은 사전교육·현직교육 유형에 따라, 교육에 임하는 태도에 차이가 나타나는가? 연구 대상은 서울과 지방에 위치한 교회 유치부 교사 207명을 대상으로 하였고, 연구 방법으로는 교회학교 유아 교사의 기독교교육 인식 및 교사교육에 관한 질문지 500부를 배부-수거-처리하여, 각 문항에 대한 X^(2)검증·빈도·백분율을 산출하였다. 위의 연구 문제에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 교회학교 유아 교사의 유아 기독교교육 철학에 대한 전체적인 경향은 전통주의와 신 정통주의에 집중되어 나타내고 있으며, 목적 및 내용·유아관은 신정통주의에서, 교육 방법 및 교사 역할·물리적 환경에 대한 인식은 전통주의에서 유의하게 높았다. 2. 교회학교 유아 교사가 교육에 임하는 태도는 전공에 따라서 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 교외 위치와 유아수·교사수·학력에 따라서 도시지역과 유아수·교사수가 많을수록, 학력이 높을수록 교육에 임할 때에 보다 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 3. 교회학교 유아 교사의 선정과정은 대체로 목사와 전도사가 적극적으로 개입하는 것으로 나타났으며, 도시지역으로 갈수록 교사수가 증가할수록 교직자의 영향력은 감소되었다. 교사교육은 도시 지역과 유아수·교사수가 많은 교회에서는 사전교육과 현직교육이 비교적 체계화되어 있었으나, 대부분의 교회에서 체계화 되지 못한 경향을 보였다. 4. 교회학교 유아 교사가 받은 교사교육 유형에 따라 교육에 임하는 태도 차이는, 사전교육 유형에서 정규적인 유치부 교사 양성 교육과정을 거친 교사들이 교육 준비·교수자료 활용·교육성과를 인식할 때에 사전교육이 미비했던 교사들 보다 적극적인 것으로 나타났으나, 현직교육 유형에 따른 효과는 차이가 보이지 않았다.;The purpose of this study was to find out sunday preschool teacher training, christian educational philosophy and attitude of teachers, and effect of teacher training on the educational attitude. For this purpose, this study set the following research subjects. 1. It researchs the teacher's recognition of early childhood christian educational philosophy, and investigates some tendency to variables (acdemic background·major). 2. It researchs the teacher's attitude about the early childhood christian education, and investigates some tendency to variables: church's location·numbers of teachers·numbers of children·teacher's academic background and major. 3. It researchs the state of selecting and training sunday preschool teachers, and investigates some tendency to variables : church's location·numbers of teachers and numbers of children. 4. It investigates the relationship between the state of teacher training and teacher's attitude on early childhood christian education. The subjects of this study were 207 sunday preschool teachers in seoul, large cities, other cities, and country. In this study, many questionnaires were distributed, collected, and analyzed. The data were analyzed with frequency, percent and X^(2) test. Results of this study are as follows: 1. First, in the teacher's recognition of early childhood christian educational philosophy many teachers agree with the traditional theology in goal·contents·method·teacher's role and environment, but they prefer the new traditional theology in understanding of children. 2. In the teacher's educational attitude, there are some different tendency to church location·number of children and number of teacher. 3. In the selection of teachers the influence of churchman is most strong, but the more teacher's number are the less churchman influences. Teacher trainings are well organized as teacher's number increase. 4. Teacher pre-service trainings have positive effects on attitudes, but in-service trainings have no significant result.
