정보사회의 사무자동화 실태와 방향에 대한 연구

Abstract

In Information Age, the office environment has become critical to the profitability and to the efficiency and effectiveness of profit- and nonprofit-making organizations. Office Automation Systems are major ingredients in the strategic plans of today's organizations. This study is concerned with presenting a way of developing Office Automation System to the Integrated Information System in both public and private organizations. In spite of differences between the organizations, public and private organizations are converging and facing similar constraints and challenges in information process in its own. and that management should be addressed by improving the ability of present Office Automation System to be able to implement DSS, ES. Public organization's Office Automation System is lower developed than private at Information System stage in our country. In the future, the MIS prescriptions are addressed for the Public Management Information System and that consideration the typically different characteristics of public organization.;현대 정보산업사회에서는 정보처리가 조직 활동에 있어 중요한 요소로 대두되었다. 따라서 정보를 처리하고 이용하기 위해서는 이에 대응하는 조직의 정보처리 방법 및 기술이 수반되어야 하는데 사무자동화는 이와같은 정보사회에서 당연히 필요로 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 조직 활동의 최적화를 이루기 위해 사무자동화 시스템이 조직내 부문적 정보처리 상태를 관장하여 통합정보처리 시스템 구축을 위해 우리나라의 현 공조직과 사조직의 사무자동화를 비교분석 해보고 문제점을 파악한 후 앞으로의 발전방향을 모색하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 공조직과 사조직의 사무자동화 추진사항, 사무자동화 도입의 효과, 사무자동화 기기, 사무자동화 관련 교육, 컴퓨터 활용, 사무실 환경 등에 대해 조사하여 비교분석하고 이 분석 결과를 토대로 공조직의 행정정보체계와 사조직의 경영정보체계내에서 사무자동화 시스템이 나아갈 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 현재 우리나라 공조직의 사무자동화 단계는 사조직에 비해 뒤떨어져 있는 실정이다. 통합 사무자동화 시스템의 구축을 위해서는 양조직 모두 사무자동화 분야에 많은 관심과 투자가 이루어져야 하며 특히 공조직의 정보체계의 발전을 위해서는 사조직의 정보체계 분야의 기법을 도입하여 정보체계의 기반을 확충해 나가야 할 것이다.
