Brillouin 산란 측정장치의 Data Acquisition System 연구

Abstract

고분해능 분광장치인 Fabry-Perot 간섭계의 내부 압력 변환에 따른 Brillouin 산란광의 세기를 일반적인 방식인 아날로그 신호의 X-Y 기록계에 의해서 데이타를 수집할 때에는 계산을 하기 위하여 아날로그 수치로 부터 수작업에 의해서 컴퓨터에 입력해야 하는 번거로움이 따른다. 본 실험에서는 이를 보완하기 위하여 A/D 변환기를 제작하여 8 bit 컴퓨터(APPLE SUPER Ⅱ)와 인터페이싱 하여 데이타 수집을 자동화하는 전자 회로를 구성하였다. 고속 처리의 필요성이 없는 본 실험에서는 비교적 가격이 저렴하고 설치가 간편한 8 bit 컴퓨터를 채용하여 A/D변환기를 운영하기 위해서 어셈블러(assembler)와 BASIC언어를 혼용하여 사용하였다. 이 장치를 이용하여 사염화탄소의 Brillouin 산란광의 스펙트럼을 구하였고 그 결과 Brillouin shift는 온도가 16^(0), 14^(0) 일때 각각 3.95 ㎓ 와 4.02 ㎓로 관측 되었으며 분석을 통하여 음파의 속도는 1202 ± 12 m/sec와 1223 ± 12 m/sec로 계산되었다.;In the studies on the spectrum of Brillouin scattering with pressure scanning mode Fabry - Perot interferometer of high resolving power, 8 bit Analog - Digital Converter system was interfered with computer (APPLE super IT) and was consisted of A/D converter and ASSEMBLY program. After digitalized, the data are stored in computer memory to reproduce spectra on the computer moniter and to make data file for the spectra immediately. The spectra for Carbon tetrachloride(CC1_(4)) was obtained by using the system. Finally, the Brillouin shift and sound velocity were observered from analysis of result.
