朴南秀 詩 硏究

Abstract

본 논문은 박남수 시의 작품 속에 내재해 있는 총체적 의미와 통일된 질서를 밝히고 시인의식의 변모과정을 고찰하려는 의도에서 시도되었다. 작품에 내재한 이미지를 분석하는 가운데서, 외부의 대상과, 이를 수용하여 의미화하려 하는 의식과의 관계를 살펴보고자 하며, 이와 함께 외계의 현상을 받아들이는 주관적이고 내면적인 정신작용으로서의 공간의식을 규명함으로써, 시인의식의 지향점을 밝혀보고자 하는 것이다. Ⅰ장에서는 박남수 시에 대한 기존 연구의 검토를 통해, 시세계를 총체적으로 조망할 수 있는 방법론의 필요성을 논하고, 논문의 연구방향을 제시하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 초기시의 작품분석을 통해, 그와 결부된 시인의 체험과 시의식을 살펴보았다. 한가로운 敍景을 그리고 있는 듯 한 장면의 묘사 속에 보이는, '암흑'과 '위태로운 불빛'의 대립되는 이미지의 병치는 고립적인 현실을 암시하고자 하는 그의 의식을 드러내고 있다. 소외된 현실을 인식하고 있는 의식속에서는 '대낮'도 부정적인 요소로 표출되고 있다. 이러한 고립적인 공간의식은, '갈매기'의 힘겨운 비행의 통한 체험의 구체적인 형상화와 과거를 지향하는 의식의 퇴행적 현상이 보이는 현재로부터의 단절을 통해 드러나고 있다. Ⅲ장은 부정적인 현실을 탈피하기 위한 한 방법으로서 존재성을 사유하는 시인의 의식의 변모과정을 살펴보았다. 초월적인 존재를 추구하는 시인의 의식은 수직측을 중심으로 한 상승과 하강의 공간의식을 보이고 있는데, 불변의 '단단함'을 향한, 이미지들의 변용과 응집을 통해 드러나고 있다. '빛'의 이미지는 '버려지는 빛'이라는 역설적 이미지를 통해 존재가치의 재인식의 과정을 이끌어내고 있다. 이는 '금빛'이라는 금속성의 획득을 통하여 솟아오르는 상승의지를 표출하게 되며, '울림'과의 어우러짐은 상승적인 확산에 진폭을 더하여 준다. '새'이미지에 의한 순수한 존재상태의 추구는 '순수'란 표현불가능한 것이라는 허무의식에 이르게 된다. '순수'의 표상으로서의 '새'는 '暗葬'됨을 통하여 '化石'이 되고, 영원 불멸의 세계로 들어가고 있다. '새'의 石化는 '原生'의 힘으로 작용하여, 이를 통한 상승과 하강의 변증법적 통합을 보이고 있다. Ⅳ장에서는 이분법을 통합해나가는 시인의식을 살펴보았다. '창'과 '문'의 공간은 구체적인 열림의 가능성의 장소로 확산의 힘을 보여주며, 자기응시를 통한 내면으로의 침잠은 새로운 존재의 전위를 획득하게 하였고, '꿈'을 통한 내면의 표출은 내밀성이 무한이 확산하는 시적공간을 이루었다. 이러한 확산에서 응측으로, 다시 응축에서 확산으로의 역동성은, 삶에 대한 집착과 의지표명의 한 양상으로 드러나고 있다. 삶의 한계를 인정하고 죽음을 포용하는 의식의 변모과정은, '흙'으로의 변주를 통해 순환과 지속의 힘을 얻고 근원에로의 회귀라는 귀로의식을 이끌어 내었다. 시의 이미지 분석을 통하여, 시인의 상상력이 지향하는 공간성과 그 의미구조를 중심으로, 시인의 의식의 변모양상을 살펴본 결과, 박남수의 시는 각 장마다 현실에 대한 인식과 거기에 대처하려는 의식의 면모를 보여주고 있어서, 이분법적 대립의 체계에도 불구하고 통합의 가능성을 내포하고 있었다. 각 장의 의미적 연결은, 현실로부터의 고립과 거기에서의 초월로, 그리고 다시 현실로 복귀하여 부정과 긍정의 경계를 무화시키는, 크게는 재생의 의미구조를 보이고 있었다.;This study of Park, Nam-Su's poetry is attempted with a view to study the inner principles and unified order of his poetry and to consider the transformation's aspects of the citizen-consciousness through his poetry. I would like to find the perception of space which his imagination captures by analyzing his poetry and to clear the intention of the consciousness of poet by the image structure of the space perception. The 1st chapter proposes the method of study of this thesis after criticizing the necessity of methodology which allows us to view his world of poetry generally by the previous studying of Park, Nam-Su's poetry. In the 2nd chapter, his early poetry which composes isolated space is analyzed and his experiences and consciousness related to his poetry are reviewed. They suggest experiences and consciousness related to his poetry are reviewed. They suggest the current situation by comparing opposite image of "darkness" against "the light in danger" with the description of the scenery. And they also represent the negative factor, "broad daylight" in the isolated space. In the 3rd chapter, the intention for transcendental space as the way of breaking negative situation and the transformations's aspects of the consciousness are reviewed. The Will for the ascending is come out with a sensitive image of "the Gold light" and "the echo". And the world of a pure idea with the image of "a bird" is represented as a transcendental space. The descending will represent another transcendental aspect of self-reflection through the paradoxical "the falling lights". "burying a bird" and "a fossil" represent a dialectical unification of ascent and descent which becoming born again by obtaining unchangeable solid. In the 4th chapter, the consciousness of the poet who unifies a bisecting method with the space of circle is studied. The space of "window" and "door" represents diffusing power as a space of possible opening. The inner consideration through self-reflection allows us to get a new existence and an inner expression through "the dream" composes of poetic space diffuses unlimited inner space. The activity from condensation. to diffusion which comes out of condensation is represented as an aspect of clinging to life and expressing the will. The transformation of consciousness which accepts the limit of life and comprehends the death draws his consciousness of revival, going back to the origin with the circulation and power of continuance though a variation toward "the earth" So far, We reviewed the meaning of :space through the analyzation of his poetry and transformation of the consciousness of poet with the structure of its meaning. The space of his poetry represents the transformation of consciousness against the reality through each chapter and contains the possibility of unification regardless of its opposed system. The connection of the meanings of each chapter represents the structure of meaning of Initiation in a global way which removes the boundary of affirmation and negation by returning back to the reality from the transcendence which came out of the isolated reality.
