가족기능성이 자녀의 대인관계 성향에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to examine effect of family functioning on children's interpersonal relations disposition. The family is the most important factor that is fundamental and gives direct effects on person's interpersonal relationship. The family functioning which is made up with and maintained by family members, could be regarded as the most important aspects to study. Therefore this study is continued to search about interpersonal relationship, wi th respect to difference of family functioning. The subject of this study were undergraduate students of 419 : male 182, female 237. The measurmant scale were used Family Adaptability Cohension Evaluation Scale(FACESⅡ) developed by Olson and Wilson(1985) and Ahn, Bum Hee's(1985) Interpersonal Relations Dispositions Scale(IRDS). The data were processed by SPSS for t-test, ONEWAY, ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows : 1. In the study of Korean University students, the family functioning was wet 1 maintained as most of students follow the family rules and keep their feeling very close to each other. On the other hand, family functioning has not been well maintained in terms of family consulting and spending their free times. 2. Tendency of the undergraduate students interpersonal relations of sympathic-acceptable and sociable-friendliness is high. However, rebellions-distrustful and dominance-ascendance relations is low. There were significant difference in interpersonal relations disposition according to sex. 3. In the study of normal family, as the family functioning gets higher, the children's interpersonal relation disposition tend to be independence-responsiable, sympathic-acceptable and sociab1e- friendliness. However, rebel1ions-distrustful was low. As the results of this study above, it has been founded that the family functioning has effected on children's smooth and mature interpersonal relation disposition.;본 연구에서는 가족의 기능성이 자녀의 대인관계에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 가정이라는 환경은 개인의 대인관계에 있어서 가장 기본적이며 직접적인 영향을 주는 요인이다. 따라서 가족 구성원들에 의해 형성되고 유지되는 가족의 기능성은 자녀의 대인관계에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인이 됨으로 가족기능성의 차이에 따른 자녀의 대인관계 성향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 여자 대학생 237명 남자 대학생 182명, 총 419명을 대상으로 하였다. 측정도구는 01son(1985)의 가족적응력·결속력 평가척도(FACESⅢ)와 안범희(1985)의 대인관계 성향검사가 사용되었다. 자료는 t-검증과 일원변량분석(ONEWAY), 단일변량분석(ANOVA)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 한국 대학생의 경우, 가족내의 규칙을 지키며 정서적 유대감을 느끼는 것으로의 가족기능은 잘 이루어지고 있으나 가족과 상의 하고 의사결정을 하며 함께 시간을 보내는 것으로의 가족기능은 잘 이주어지고 있지 않았다. 2. 대학생의 대인관계 성향은 일반적으로 동정-수용적, 사교-우호적 성향이 높았으며 반항-불신적, 지배-우월적 성향은 낮게 나타났다. 대인관계 성향은 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 3. 일반가족의 경우, 가정의 가족기능성이 높을 수록 그 자녀들은 대인 관계에서 독립-책임적, 동정-수용적, 사교-우호적 성향이 강하며, 반항-불신적 성향은 낮아진다. 이러한 연구결과로 가족기능성이 자녀의 원만하고 성숙된 대인관계에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다.
