J. S. Bach Suite No.2 BWV. 1008과 J. Brahms Cello Sonata op.38 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업 연주 곡목중에서 J.S.Bach suite NO.2 BWV.1008과 J.Brahms의 Cello Sonata op.38 NO.1을 연구 분석함으로써 이론적으로 면밀히 고찰해 보았다. J.S.bach의 창작열이 가장 왕성했던 Co˝then시기의 이 작품은 Baroque Suite형태를 지녔으며 Prelude-Allemande-Courante-Sarabarde-Minuet-Gigue의 무곡으로 엮어나가며 형식이 간단하고 짧은 부분의 되돌이가 많으며 리듬이 명확하고 그 감정 또한 명쾌하다. 꼭 서두에 Prelude를 쓴 것이 특징이다. J.Brahms는 신고전주의시대를 대표하는 작곡가로 Cello Sonata op.38 NO.1은 전성기인 제2기에 쓰여진 작품으로 전형적인 낭만주의의 음악이면서도 고전적 형식을 중요시한 3악장으로 구성된 Sonata이다. 제1악장은 Sonata형식으로 고전시대의 Sonata양식을 그대로 유지하고 있지만, 발전부에서의 새로운 선율과 Coda부분의 조성의 변화등으로 보아 고전적인 전통성에서 벗어난 발전된 양상을 볼 수 있다. 제2악장은 Trio를 갖는 Menuetto으로서 복합3부분형식으로 되어 있으며 Da Capo에 의해 처음으로 되돌아감으로써 이 악장에 통일성을 주고 있다. 제3악장은 Fugue기법을 이용한 복합3부분형식으로 fugue에 사용된 주제들과 그 단편들이 전위(Inversion)등의 다양한 형태로 발전되고 있음을 보여 준다.;In this thesis among the pieces performed at the graduation recital for completion of the master's course, Suite No. 2 BWV. 1008 by J. S. Bach and Cello Sonata op. 38 No. 1 by J. Brahms are theoretically examined in detail. Suite No. 2 BWV. 1008 was composed in the time of co¨then when Bach had the thriving eagerness for creation. It assumes the form of Baroque Suite and begins with prelude. It is characterized by a simple form, a lot of repetitions of short segmets, definite rhythm, and clear emotion. Cello Sonata op. 38 No.1 was composed by J. Brahms who represents the neoclassical age in his second period. This work not only has a typical prototype of the romanticism but also emphasizes the classical formality. It is made up of three movements in all. The first movement retains the classical format, but the new melody in the development part and the variation of the tonality in the coda part show the developed aspects deviated form the classical tradition. The Second movement is Menuetto with trio and has the compound ternary form. The regression to the beginning by Da capo gives uniformity to this movement. The third movement has the compound ternary form using the fugue technique, The themes used in fugue and its fragments shows the extension to the various form with inversion.
