졸업연주회 프로그램을 중심으로 한 W. A. Mozart, F. Schubert, R. Strauss, C. Debussy, L. Bernstein의 성악작품에 대한 연구

Abstract

본인은 1989년 5월 19일(금)에 석사과정이수를 위한 졸업연주회를 가졌다. 본 논문은 전통적인 독창회 프로그램으로써 18세기 고전음악시대부터 20세기 현대음악까지의 곡들로 이루어졌으며 이 곡들에서 나타나고 있는 음악적인 특징을 중심으로 간략하게 연구분석하여 곡해석에 있어 이해를 돕고자 함이 그 목적이라 하겠다. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart(1756~1791)는 고전주의 음악의 대표적인 작곡가이다. 본 논문에서는 Concert Aria "Schon lacht der holde Fru¨hling, K. 580."의 분석을 통해 그 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. Franz Schubert(1797~1828)의 "Der Hirt auf dem Felsen, D. 965"는 그의 작품중 유일하게 clarinet obbligato를 가진 곡으로 이 곡의 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. Richard Strauss(1864~1949)는 19세기말과 20세기초에 활동한 독일 낭만주의 작곡가로 그의 가곡의 특징을 4개의 가곡에서 분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. Claude Debussy(1862~1918)는 후기 낭만시대에 활약한 작곡가이며 인상주의 음악의 창시자이다. 본 논문에서는 "Quatre chansons de Jeunesse"를 중심으로 그의 가곡의 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. Leonard Bernstein(1918~ )은 20세기 미국에서 현존하는 지휘자이며 작곡가로서, 그가 1947년에 작곡한 "La Bonne Cuisine"의 곡특징을 연구함에 있어 이 곡의 해석에 도움을 주고자 한다.;The writer gave a graduation recital on May 19, 1989 for the M.M. degree in voice performance. This thesis aims to investigate the backgrounds and characteristics of the performed songs. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) was one of the typical composers of classicism. He composed 57 Concert Arias, and inserted "Schon lacht der holde Fru¨hling, K. 580." in opera G. Paisiello "Il Barbiere di Seviglia" Franz Schubert (1797-1828) is among the greatest art song composers of all time. "Der Hirt auf dem Felsen, D. 965" is the only one that has a clarinet obbligato. It is formed in three parts A-B-C, and the atmosphere bf each part distinctly differs from the others. Richard Strauss (1864-1949) was the most important composer in the late Romanticism. Strauss uses through-composed form in which "Ca¨cilie" represents lyricism. "Nacht" has ambiguous tonality "Schlagende Herzen" is a pastoral song. "Standchen" is in early Romantic style in its functional diatonic harmony. Claude Debussy (1862-1918) is one of the representative composers of "Impressionism". "Quatre chansons de Jeunesse" are the songs in the "Vasnier series" and published posthumously. In this collection, he uses syncopations, chromaticism and whole tone scale which show a sophisticated impressionistic mood. Leonard Bemstein (1918-) is a composer and existant conductor in America. It included the repetition and variance in rhythm, time, melody and harmony on the basis of the traditional harmony.
