J. S. Bach, F. Liszt, M. Dupre의 오르간 음악에 대한 소고

Abstract

본 논문은 졸업연주회 곡목을 중심으로한 연구로 3작품을 시대 순서에 따라 살펴보았다. Johann Sebastian Bach(1685~1750)는 바로크 음악의 모든 요소를 완전히 연관성 있는 하나의 성격으로 통일시킨 바로크 음악의 종합자로 대위법 예술의 정점을 이룩 하였다. 그는 오르간 음악의 황금기를 이루었던 바로크 시기에 독일 오르간 음악을 완성하여 그의 독자적인 스타일을 만들었다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 Bach의 생애와 그의 오르간 음악의 특징에 대하여 살펴 보았으며 특히 대위법의 뛰어난 기법을 가진 Prelude and Fugue에 대하여 살펴보고 마지막으로 Prelude and Fugue in E^(b) Major를 연구하였다. Franz Liszt(1811~1886)는 19세기 낭만음악의 대표적인 작곡가 중의 한 사람으로, 또 연주가로 많은 작품을 남겼는데 본 논문에서는 그의 생애와 오르간 음악의 특징을 살펴보고 대표적인 오르간 작품인 Fantasie und Fuge u˝ber den Choral "Ad nos sa lutarem undan"을 연구하였다. Marcel Dupre´(1886~1971)는 20세기 블란서 오르간 음악의 거장으로 수 많은 오르간 작품을 작곡 했는데 그의 대부분의 곡들은 매우 기교적으로 쓰여졌기 때문에 그의 곡을 다루기 위해서는 연주 기술이 요구되어진다. 본 논문에서는 그의 생애와 오르간 음악의 특징을 살펴보고 그의 대표적인 작품 중의 하나인 Variations sur un Noe˝l을 연구하였다. 각 작품들의 연구를 통해 나타난 특징을 보면 Bach의 Prelude and Fugue in E^(b) Major는 Fugue의 주제를 찬송곡조 <St. Anne>에서 따왔으므로 일명 <성. 앤의 푸가>라고도 불리는데 조표(3개의 b), 주제 (3개의 주제), 그리고 푸가형식(3부분)이 모두 숫자<3>과 관련되어 삼위일체를 상징하고 있는 점이 특징적이다. Liszt의 Fantasie und Fuge u˝ber den Choral Ad nos salutarem undam은 Fantasie, Adagio, Fugue의 3부분으로 이루어졌으며 피아니스틱한 주법이 기교적이며 블란서 낭만 오르간의 오케스트라적인 음색과 풍부한 화성이 특징적으로 나타났다. Dupre´의 Variations Sur un Noe˝l은 Theme와 10개의 변주로 구성되어 있으며 Dorian mode의 정선율에 d Minor의 화성을 붙임으로 서로 조화를 이루면서 다양하게 작곡되었으며 Solo 악기의 음색이 특징적이다. 본 논문에서 살펴 본 3곡은 각 작곡가들의 음악양식의 특징을 잘 나타내주는 곡들로 그들의 오르간 음악을 이해하는데 크게 기여하리라고 생각한다.;This thesis is a study of organ music through each of work which were played in Recital, for graduation. And the writer observed three works in period order. Johann Sebastian Bach (1685~1750) was the compiler of Baroque music who unified all its factors in one whole. was perfectly connected with others, finally estabilishing the zenith of contrapuntal art. He consummated the characteristics organ music in Baroque period, which is known as age of music, and harmonized them into his own style. In this research, the main foci are: firstly, on Bach's life the special features of his organ music, especially considering Prelude and Fugue with his called <Fugur of St. Anne> and key (three flats), theme (three themes), fugue section (three sections) are the symbol of Trinity. Frana Liszt (1811~1886) was not only one of the most remarkable composers in 19th romantic music, but also a performer, and he composed many works. In this thesis, the writer observed his life and the musical characteristics of his organ music, and the writer researched his representative organ work: Fantasie und Fuge u˝ber den Choral "Adnos salutarem unundam." Marcel Dupre´(1886~1971) was a master of 20th French organ music, and he composed many organ works. As his works are very technical, it requires and performance technique. the writer studied his life and the special features of his organ music, researched one of his remarkable works: variations sur un Noe˝l. Bach's Prelude and Fugue in E^(b) Major consist of a prelude ritornello form (A , B, A_(1), C, A_(2), B_(1), C_(1), C_(1), A_(3)) and Fugue with three themes and sections. Liszt's Fantasie und Fuge fiber den Choral 'Ad nos salutarern undam "consist of three connected parts of fantasie, adagio, and Fuge. In this work, pianistic technique is evident, with omantic organ's orchestral mechanics and abundant harmony. Dupre´'s Variations sur un Noe˝l consist of one theme and ten Variations. In this work, the cantus firmus in is well balanced with tonality of d Minor. The characteristics of this work are varied tone colors of solo stops and brilliant technique. In this thesis, above mentioned three organ works show each composer's feature in music style very well, and can assist in an understanding of the three composer's organ music.
