自然形態의 視覺的 再形成

Abstract

현대의 예술은 작가의 이념에 따라 다양한 표현양식이 공존하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 현대미술은 자기의식과 개성의 표현을 중시하며 보다 더 强한 자기자신의 표현을 위해 새로운 소재의 개발과 기법에의 탐구가 필연적으로 이루어지게 되었다. 이런 이유에서 조형적 실험은 視覺에대한 새로운 인식을 부여하고 여러가지 시각적 탐구와 표현수단의 효과에 대한 연구로 자신의 이미지를 형상화 하고 있다. 염색공예 역시 처음에는 섬유를 장식하기 위한 방법으로 우리의 생활과 밀접한 관계였으나 점차 예술적 표현의 한가지 수단으로서도 발전되고 있다. 本 硏究의 目的은 多元化된 현대미술의 상황 속에서 재료, 기법, 형식등에서 염색이 갖는 현대적 표현 가능성을 개발하는데 있다. 이러한 目的을 위하여 Ⅱ장 이론적 배경에서 시지각과 시점의 변화, 본질의 표현에 대하여 서술하고, Ⅲ장 방법론에서는 소재와 내용 대상형태의 변형, 형태적 형성, 그리고 표현기법에 대하여 Ⅳ장에서는 작품제작과 분석을 통해 작품에 대한 이론과 실제를 연결시켰다. 本 硏究의 방법은 문헌연구와 작품제작으로 하였으며 문헌연구는 이론적 배경을 중심으로 했고, 작품제작은 초방염법을 기본으로 하여 여러가지 실험적 기법을 응용하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 시지각이론의 연구를 통해 항상 사물을 새롭게 인식하는 창조적인 시각으로 볼 필요성을 재확인 하였다. 2. 관찰과 시점의 변화에 의한 형태의 구조적 분석은 대상의 일상적인 개별에서 떠나 본질을 추구하는 연구자의 내면세계의 표현이며, 본질이란 견고한것, 변하지 않는것, 영원한것 으로써 동경의 대상이 됨을 알 수 있었다. 3. 多角的인 視點에서 추출된 구조적 형태의 조형적 재구성은 그 표현이 강렬하고, 때로는 日常的인 우리의 視界에 충격적인 감동을 줄 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 4. 현대의 미술표현과 기법이 다양화된 것처럼 염색의 기법에 있어서도 고정적인 염색법에서 탈피하여 여러가지 기법을 응용함으로써 우연적인 효과와 전통적인 염색에서 얻지 못하는 새로운 조형성을 개발할 수 있었다. 끊임없는 변화와 창조성을 갖는데서 예술창작의 의의를 찾는다고 볼때 창조적이고 감동있는 작품을 제작하기 위해서는 이론적 원리나 일정한 기법에 얽매임 없이 실험에 대한 개방적인 태도와 정신이 절실하게 요구된다.;There are various forms in the modern arts according to the artist's ideas. The modern art emphasizes the expression of self-consciousness and personality so that the development of new materials and search for new techniques has been made in order to express artist himself. For these reasons, in order to make formative experiments, the recognition of vision has become renewed, the image of artist himself has been formed vividly in consequence of various studies on visions and the effect of expressive methods. In the first place, the dyeing craft had a very close relation to everyday life as means to decorate fibers, but have gradually became a method for artistic expressions. The purpose of this study is to develop the potentiality of modern expressions of materials, techniques, and forms in the dyeing craft under the circumstance of multi-dimensional modern art. The contents of this study are as follows: In chapter Ⅱ, the visual perception, changes of view-points and the expression of the essential are described on the theorectical background. In chapter Ⅲ, on the methodology, the variation of objects and techniques for expression are explained. In chapter IV, the connection between theory and practice is tried through the production and analysis of my works. The study is devided into the bibliographical study and production of works. The former focus on the theoretical background and the latter have some applications to Batik and various experimental techniques. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The necessity of creative visions that can perceive everythings independently of practical common senses is recognized deeply through the study on the visual perception theory. 2. The fact is realized that the structual analysis of forms by various observations and change of view-points can be regarded as the expression of artisit's inner world and the essence can be longed for as the unchanged, the eternities. 3. The formative recomposition of structual forms derived from various view points can be very appealing and move our practical visual senses deeply. 4. As the morden artistic expression and techniques has been varied, also in the field of the dyeing craft the stereotyped Batik has been overcome by applications of various techniques to the dyeing craft, the accidental effects has been acquired and the formative that cannot be acquired in traditional dyeing craft has been developed. If the significance of artistic creation is recongnized because of the fact that it requires the endless variety and creativity, then the attitude that is not fettered by the theoretical principle and fixed techniques but open to experimental trials is required for the production of the creative and moving artistic works.
