유치원의 교구시설 디자인을 위한 연구

Abstract

1970년대 이후 문화·경제면에서 급속하게 발전, 우리들의 생활수준이 향상됨에 따라 유아들의 지능이 발달되어 취학 전 유아기의 조기 교육이 필요하게 되었다. 성장 발달기의 유아들에게 있어 환경이란 매우 중요한데, 특히 외적 환경의 조건에 따라 발달 과정에 많은 영향을 미치게 되므로 그들의 능력과 흥미에 대한 변화를 고려하여 환경을 조성해 주는 일이다. 그러므로 유아 교육 환경의 한 부분으로써 유아들에게 적합하고 기능적인 교구 시설의 디자인을 계획하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 본 논문의 진행 과정은 유치원의 일반적 개념과 유치원의 교구시설을 이론적으로 고찰하고, 현재 유치원의 교구 시설의 활용 등을 알아보고 그 문제점을 파악하여, 유아들의 인체 체위표에 의한 3가지 높이의 모델(250mm, 270mm, 300mm)을 만들어 유치원아들에게 직접 실험을 통하여, 인체 체위에 알맞는 크기를 선택하여 모듈화 함으로써, ① 교구 이용의 다양화를 추구(책상, 걸상, 교구 정리장) ② 교구 형태의 통일성 ③ 교구의 다양한 색채 효과 를 통하여 풍부한 상상력의 소유자인 유아기의 어린 아이들 사고력에 창조력과 활기를 불어 넣어 줄 수 있도록 디자인을 시도해 보았다.;Thanks to the rapid growth in culture and economy since 1970's, which resulted in the improvement of standard of living and the progress of intelligence development among infants simultaneously, we have come to realize the necessity of early education for pre-school children. Environment is thought to be very significant for infants growing fast mentally and physically, especially because they are influenced easily by the condition of exterior environment. Therefore, the changeability of their interests and abilities should be taken into consideration in forming adequate environment for children. The general purpose of this study lies in planning of design for appropriate and functional educational facilities for kindergarten children as a part of educational environments. In this study I'm going to investigate the general concepts of kindergarten and its educational facilities, First, gathering data on realities of educational facilities and their use and examining the problems in them from the survey of randomly sampled kindergartens in Seoul, I'm planning to develope three typical models (250, 270, 300mm) of feasible modules for infants. through experiments on kindergarten children and to choose most proper size for them, thus expecting effects like these: 1) Various uses of educational facilities. 2) Unification of Shapes. 3) Various color effects of educational facilities. Though these efforts, I tried the design encouraging creativity and vigor of infants who are in the stage of imaginative minds.
