Abstract

This thesis is studied about musical style and analyzed about not only form-structure but contents of arts in Bach's Chaconne, Bethoven's Sonata of Op. 2, No. 2, Liszt's Sonata of b minor, and No. 9, No. 10 of debussy's Prelude Vol. I which were musical programs, played on 11th of October, 1988, for completion of Master's Degree. The Bach's Chaconne in d minor was arranged the Chaconne, Partita Ⅱ's the fifth movement played with violin into F. Busoni's played with , piano and is divided into three parts and is a continuous variation consisted on theme, 32 variations, and coda. The Beethoven's Sonata of Op. 2, No. 2 , Beethoven's early art, is riot only consisted on four movements but specialized in use of scherzo movement instead of minuett movement utilized hitherto as the third movement. The Liszt's Sonata in b minor, Sonata of single movement, is shown by use of thematic transformation as well as by characteristic change of each thematic factors through whole music. In order that the Debussy's Prelude Vol. I , No. 9, emphasizes Spanish atmosphere, it is peculiar to be played as tone color with guitar at a tone of repetition. Also, the Debussy's Prelude Vol. I , No. 10, based upon a legend, is so typical that it is shown not only. harmonic use of parallel fourth and octave but use of pedal point.;본 논문은 1988년 10월 11일에 연주된 필자의 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업연주회의 연주 곡목인, Bach의 Chaconne, Beethoven의 Sonata, Op.2, No.2, Liszt의 Sonata B단조 Debussy의 Prelude Ⅰ권에서 No.9와 No.10의 음악양식을 살펴보고 형식·구조 및 작품의 내용을 분석한 것이다. Bach의 Chaconne D단조는 Violin곡인 Partita Ⅱ의 5악장 Chaconne를 F. Busoni가 피아노곡으로 편곡한 것으로서, 전체는 조성에 의하여 3부분으로 나뉘어지며, 주제와 32개의 변주와 Coda로 구성된 연속적인 변주곡(Continuous Variation)이다. Beethoven의 Sonata, Op.2, No.2는 그의 초기작품으로서, 4악장 구성으로 되어 있으며, 종래에 3악장에 쓰이던 Minuett악장대신에 Scherzo악장을 사용한 것이 특이하다. Liszt의 Sonata B단조는 단일악장 소나타로서 주제변형기법을 사용하여, 각주제적 요소들이 전곡을 통하여 성격적으로 변화하며 나타나고 있다. Debussy의 Prelude Ⅰ권 No.9는 스페인적인 분위기를 강조하기 위하여 반복음귀절에서 기타의 음색으로 연주되는 것이 특징적이며, No.10은 전설에 기초한 것으로 신비감의 묘사를 위하여 병행4도, 8도의 화성사용과 더불어, 지속저음(Pedal Point)의 사용이 특징적이다.
