Abstract
본 연구는 서울에 거주하는 3 , 4학년 여대상과 그들의 어머니를 대상으로 하여 식생활과 가치관과의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 조사방법은 질문지조사에 의존하였고, 조사 및 분석은 다음과 같은 순서로 행해졌다. 1. 조사대상자의 일반적성격에 대하여 조사하였다. 2. 가치관을 분류하고, 가치관과 식습관의 관계를 Chi-Square로 분석하였다. 3. 일반적인 식생활의 경향은 백분율로 처리하였다. 본 연구의 조사 결과를 보면, 전체적으로 가치관에 있어서는 내적지향형이 높게 나타났고, 어머니군이 학생군에 비하여 전통지향적 경향이었다. 맛은 어머니, 학생 모두 매운맛을 가장 좋아했고, 신맛과 짠맛은 연령에 따라 차이가 있었다. 어머니군은 내적지향형이 단맛을 가장 좋아하였다. 조리방법에 대한 기호는 나이가 많은 어머니군이 국물이 많은 음식을 좋아했고, 학생군이 국물이 없는 음식을 좋아하였다. 식성은 대부분이 채식위주였다. 식품의 기호는 나이가 많은 어머니군이 가공식품을 싫어하였고, 식품을 받아들일 수 있는 폭이 좁은 것으로 나타났다. 가치관은 주거지역 및 출생지역, 학력, 연령에 따라 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 생각되며, 이러한 가치관은 식습관중 식사형태와 식품기호에 밀접하게 관련되어 있는 것으로 생각된다.;A survey of college women and their mother who live in Seoul was carried out from September to October 1983. The method of the research was based on the survey with questionaire. The survey was made in fllowing sequences. 1. The environment of the family and her circumstances were inquired. 2. They were classified according to the value types. 3. The Statistical analysis of the survey was done by the Chi-Square test of relationship between food habits and value types. The results were shown as follows : 1. Taste Preference-College students and their mother liked the hot taste most. The preference of sour and saline tasts varied according to age. 2. Meal Pattern-Mainly they ate rice all three times a day. 3. Most of them liked vegetarian meal. 4. Their mother liked butter margarine, coffee, and instant noodle less than their daughter. Value type was affected by the living circumstance, birth place, educational background, and age, and these value types were related closely to meal patterns and food preference.
