여대생의 성공회피동기에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 여성의 성취문제를 다룸에 있어서 여성의 성취저해 요인으로 중요시 되고 있는 성공회피동기를 연구의 주제로 하였고, 성공회피동기의 상관연구로서 성취불안과 사건의 원인지각양식을 성공회피동기와 관련지어 여성의 성취행동을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 문제를 제기하였다. 1. 여자대학의 여대생과 남녀공학대학의 여대생의 성공회피동기 수준을 비교한다. 2. 전통적인 전공분야의 여대생과 비전통적인 전공분야의 여대생의 성공회피동기 수준을 비교한다. 3. 성공회피동기와 성취불안과의 관계를 알아 본다. 4. 성공회피동기 및 성취불안과 원인지각양식과의 관계를 규명한다. 연구대상은 E여자대학의 전통적인 전공분야 76명, 비전통적인 전공분야 72명, 남녀공학대학인 Y대와 S대의 전통적인 전공분야 72명과 비전통적인 전공분야 71명, 총 291명이다. 연구대상은 E여자대학의 전통적인 전공분야 76명, 비전통적인 전공분야 72명, 남녀공학대학인 Y대와 S대의 전통적인 전공분야 72명과 비전통적 전공분야 71명, 총 291명이다. 측정도구는 Good & Good(1973)의 성공회피동기검사, Alpert & Haber(1960)의 성취불안검사 Rotter(1966)의 원인지각양식척도 모두 3도구를 번안하여 한 검사지에 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성공회피동기는 여자대학의 여대생이 남녀공학대학의 여대생보다 높게 나타났다. 2. 성공회피동기는 전통적인 전공분야의 여대생이 비전통적인 전공분야의 여대생보다 높게 나타났다. 3. 성공회피동기가 높은 집단이 성취불안도 높았다. 4. 성공회피동기 및 성취불안이 높은 집단은 낮은집단보다 외적요인지각이 높았고, 외적요인지각이 높은 집단은 낮은집단보다 성공회피동기 및 성취불안이 높았다.;This research is intended to understand achievement behavior of women by administering "Fear of success scale", "Achievement Anxiety Test", and "Internal-External Locus of Control scale" among the students at womens university and the coeds. In this research, following problems are tested: 1. Administering "fear of success scale", compared the level of students at womens university with that of coeds. 2. In same manner, compared the level of woman students at traditional courses with that of woman students at non-traditional courses. 3. Administering "Achievement Anxiety Test", relationship between the fear of success and the achievement anxiety is investigated. 4. Administering "Internal-External Locus of Control (I-E) scale", relationships between fear of success, achievement anxiety, and locus of control are investigated. 291 woman students are participated in this study. The tests consist of Good & Good's Fear of Success Scale, Alpert & Haber's Achievement Anxiety Test, and Rotter's Internal-External Locus of Control Scale. The results shown in this study are: 1. The level of fear of success of students at womens university was higher than that of coeds. 2. The level of fear of success of woman students at traditional courses was higher than that of woman students at non-traditional courses. 3. Group with high fear of success exhibited high achievement anxiety. 4. Group with high fear of success and high achievement anxiety exhibited high degree of external control. 5. Group with high degree of external control exhibited high level of fear of success and high achievement anxiety.
