빛의 율동적 표현

Abstract

오늘날의 예술표현은 창조적 인간의 심리 표출이다. 이러한 현대 미술은 창작의 본질적인 요소, 즉 지각을 심리학의 입장에서 받아들임으로써 예술표현이 단지 재현이 아니고 개인의 감정과 정서를 나타내는 독창적인 시각언어임을 말해 주고 있다. 조형예술로서 현대염색이 추구하는 표현도 대상을 보고 그것의 이미지를 형상화하는 것과 같다. 그러므로 본 연구자는 소재에 대한 미적경험을 표상화하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를위해 지각과 형성이라는 개념을 설정해 놓고 하나의 소재가 어떤 의미를 가지고 어떻게 표현되어 졌나를 살펴보았다. 그것은 연구자의 표현 소재인 '빛 '을 끌어내기 위한 이론적 배경으로서 이다. 이러한 고찰과 작품제작에서 얻은 결론을 요약하면, 첫째, 같은 대상이라도 그것을 보는 관찰자의 方法과 마음에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 둘째, 인지된 대상을 표현함에 있어서 그 예술가의 독특한 기법이 대상에 대한 자기만의 유일한 개념을 형성하는 것을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 세째, 재료와 기법이 빛의 유동적인 특징을 표현 가능하게 하였다. 네째, 제작과정에서 우연성을 배제할 수 없었던 것이 문제점으로 남는다. 하지만 시험적인 자세를 가지고 소재와 기법을 응용하면 시정될 수 있으리라 생각한다. 본 연구를 계기로 계속해서 염색재료와 기법의 특성을 연구, 개발함으로써 염색예술에 창의적이고도 다양한 미적 추구가 이루어지리라 생각한다.;It can be said that now every artistic work represents the world of psychology which the creative moderns have. Such a modern fine arts, receiving the intrinsic element of artistic creation, that is, perception, from a position of psychology, say that artistic expression is the individual visual language showing creator's sense and emotion, rather than only recurrence As a field of formative arts, modern dyeing also pursues the process of represeutation of image itself seen from the object. Hence, the purpose of this study was to shape the aesthetic experiences in the materials. To attain the purpose, this researcher examined how one material was expressed with what meaning had, based upon the concepts of perception and formation established. In other words, it can be said a theoretical background to induce the material in this study, 'light'. The results obtained from making works and analyses can be summarized as follows : Ⅰ. According to visual angle and mind of person who saw, the object was shown in different way, although it was the same. Ⅱ. In expressing the object perceived, it could be made more easily that artist who had his or her own peculiar technique would form a concept native to the artist in the object. Ⅲ. Material and technique made it possible to express the rhythmical and dynamic characteristic of light. Ⅳ. Although it was impossible to exclude unnecessity in making works, the problem is thought to be resolved, if one apply material and technique to the process under more experimental position. As a momentum with study, creative and multifarious aesthetic pursuit in dyeing art should be continued through a number of researches and development of the characteristics in dyeing materials, I thought, it is possible.
