알렉산더 스크리아빈(A. Scriabin)의 초기 피아노 음악에 관한 연구

Abstract

스크리아빈(Alexander Nicholavich Scriabin : 1872-1915)은 19세기에서 20세기로 넘어가는 과도기에 있던 러시아의 피아니스트이며 작곡가이다. 그의 작품에서도 낭만적 스타일의 초기 작품에서부터신비화음이란 그만의 독특한 화성체계 속에서 이루어진 후기 작품에이르기까지 과도기적 특징을 살펴 볼 수 있다. 스크리아빈은 그가 피아니스트였던 만큼 작품의 대다수가 피아노음악이다. 쇼팽(F.Chopin)의 영향아래 있던 그의 초기 작품에는 쇼팽의 서정적 선율에 더하여 리스트적인 화려함과 스크리아빈만의 화성이 덧붙여져 개성적인 그의 특성들이 잘 반영되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 초기 피아노 음악의 양식이 확립된 곡이라할 수 있는 Allegro Appassionato Op.4 의 분석을 통해 선율, 리듬,화성적 특징을 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 내림 나단조이며 전통적인 소나타 형식을 취하고 있는 이 곡은 단순하고 열정적인 제 1주제와 서정성이 풍부한 제 2주제가 끊임없이이어지는 셋잇단음표들의 리듬 안에서 조화롭게 전개된다. 주제의 선율은 낭만주의 음악에서처럼 장식적으로 발전되거나 옥타브 음형의화려함으로 전개된다. 박자 또한 9/8, 6/8 로써 전반적인‘3’리듬 체계 (Triple metric units)안에서 이루어짐을 알 수 있다. 또한 2:3, 3:5등의 교차리듬이 사용되며 약박으로 시작하는 리듬패턴으로 일정한맥의 흐름을 변화시키는 리듬적 특징을 보여주고 있다. 화성적 특징으로는 Gr6, Fr6와 같이 신비화음이 만들어지기 전에 기초가 되었던증 6화음들과 증 4도 음향이 잘 담겨져 있는 곡이다. 후반부에는 풍부한 음향의 카덴짜와 함께 종지를 향한 반음계적 하행 선율이 쓰여지는데 이는 초기에만 볼 수 있는 특징중 하나이다. ; Alexander Nicholavich Scriabin (1872-1915) is a Russian pianist and composer who lived at the turn of the 19th century. His works expose transitory features, ranging from early romantic style to mystic chord, his peculiar harmony system, of the later period. As being a pianist, most of Scriabin s works are composed for the piano. In his early works, his idiosyncratic features are well expressed by mixing lyric Chopin and gorgeous List with his original harmony. This study is intended to understand the rhythm, melody, and harmony of Scriabin by analyzing his Allegro Appassionato Op.4 which can be classified into the piano works of his early style. Most of the early piano works by Scriabin are simply in the binary or ternary form including this piece, which also has a traditional sonata form. Its subject melody is lyrical and shows a cross rhythm such as 2:3 and 3:5. In its triple metric units, are well preserved Gr6, Fr6, and Augmented 4th sound that had formed the basis before the mystic chord was created. Its subject melody develops into an octave motion of gorgeous technique, using chromatic cadence which is unique in his early works.
