결혼이주여성의 적응을 위한 목회적 돌봄에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis marriage migrant women in Korea through pastoral counseling is to help make the transition. For this purpose, an understanding of immigrant women are discussed. And for the adaptation of immigrant women in pastoral counseling has been studied. Today in Korea between the national, economic, political, cultural and social activities such as space, is breaking down geographical barriers. In these flows, in Korea, South Korea men and foreign women is rapidly increasing international marriages. To move to Korea through marriage immigrant women in Korea must adapt to society. So This thesis on immigrant women sociological, theological discussed. And pastoral counseling for immigrant women adapt if you can afford to healing and caring role has been studied. Immigrant women currently receiving much attention in society, and at the same time is a member of marginalized immigrants. Therefore, this dissertation towards immigrants in the Bible investigated resources and theological, the biblical model was investigated. This thesis for the adaptation of immigrant women in pastoral counseling, directional universal dimension, cultural dimension, individual dimensions are discussed. In addition, for immigrant women adapt to the various goals of pastoral counseling, positive, sustained, hopes were set. Based on these discussions and, for the adaptation of immigrant women in pastoral counseling, practical possibilities and limitations were investigated. Immigrant women adapt to the Korean society to society and the Christian community, working with immigrant women the appearance of mutual change is needed. In this process, Pastoral counseling to immigrant women to make their lives so that hopefully should serve. Through pastoral counseling, rich and enriched the lives of immigrant women hope.;본 논문의 목적은 결혼이주여성이 목회상담의 장을 통해 한국 사회의 새로운 구성원으로 재탄생되는 과정에 기여하는 것이다. 이러한 목표를 위해 결혼이주여성에 대한 이해와 더불어 결혼이주여성의 적응을 위한 목회적 돌봄을 제안하였다. 오늘날 한국 사회는 국가 간 경제, 정치, 문화, 사회참여 등 활동공간의 지리적 장벽이 무너지고 있다. 이러한 세계화의 흐름 속에 한국 사회에서 한국 남성과 외국인 여성의 국제결혼이 급증하고 있다. 국제결혼을 통해 한국으로 이주해오는 결혼이주여성은 대부분 이주를 결정하는 순간 자신들의 삶을 구성하는 적응의 과제를 해결해야 하는 새로운 환경에 놓이게 된다. 본 논문의 결혼이주여성을 사회학적, 신학적 측면에서 살펴봄으로써 목회상담이 결혼이주여성의 적응을 위하여 치유와 돌봄의 장이 될 수 있는 가능성을 논의하였다. 현재 결혼이주여성은 사회적으로 많은 관심을 받고 있으면서 동시에 소외된 이주민의 한 구성원이다. 따라서 본 논문은 결혼이주여성으로 이해할 수 있는 성서 속의 이주민을 향한 신학적 자원들과 성서적 모델을 제안하였다. 본 논문은 결혼이주여성의 적응을 위한 목회적 돌봄의 방향성을 보편적 차원, 문화적 차원, 개별적 차원으로 제시하였다. 또한 결혼이주여성의 적응을 위한 목회상담의 다양한 목표로 공감하기, 지탱하기, 희망하기를 제안하였다. 본 연구자는 이러한 논의를 토대로 하여, 결혼이주여성의 적응을 위한 목회적 돌봄이 상담의 실제에서 갖는 가능성과 한계점을 논의하였다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 통해 결혼이주여성이 한국 사회에 적응하고 구성원으로 재탄생하는데 사회 공동체, 기독교 공동체와 결혼이주여성이 함께 노력하는 ＇상호변화＇의 모습이 필요하다. 목회상담가는 이 과정에서 결혼이주여성과 함께 삶을 희망적으로 재구성할 수 있는 공간과 자원을 형성하는 역할을 감당해야 한다. 그리하여 목회상담으로 결혼이주여성들의 삶이 더욱 풍요로워지고 풍성하게 만들어져 한국 사회가 당면한 다문화 사회의 성공적 진입이라는 과제에 도움이 되기를 소망하고 기대한다.
