댄스스포츠 선수의 다차원 완벽주의가 열정과 정서에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among multidimensional perfectionism, passion and affect based on dance sport athletes. In pretest, data were collected from 101 persons of dance sport athletes, and main survey was collected from 201 persons of dance sport athletes. The descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis were carried out by using of SPSS 18.0 program. The results were as follows; Firstly, the self-oriented perfectionism had significant effect on harmonious passion and obessive passion, but other oriented perfectionism and social oriented perfectionism had no effect on passion. Secondly, the self-oriented perfectionism had significant effect on positive affect, but other oriented perfectionism and social oriented perfectionism had no effect on positive affect and perfectionim had no effect on negative affect. Lastly, passion had significant effect on positive affect, but there was no effect on negative affect. In conclusion, dance sport athletes have a tendency to be self-oriented perfectionism in that they set a goal and standard to achieve their goal. This tendency forms a passion and positive affec through the self-satisfaction and the positive attitutes.;본 연구의 목적은 댄스스포츠 선수들의 다차원 완벽주의, 열정, 정서의 특성을 알아보고 변인들 간의 인과관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구목적을 확인하기 위하여 사전조사와 본 조사로 나누어 연구를 진행하였다. 사전조사는 댄스스포츠 선수 101명을 대상으로 인구통계학적 배경변인 6문항, 다차원 완벽주의 45문항, 열정 14문항, 정서 20문항, 총 85문항으로 설문을 실시하여 신뢰도 분석, 타당도 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 다차원 완벽주의 13문항, 열정 12문항, 정서 14문항으로 최종 설문지를 구성하여 본 조사에 활용하였다. 본 조사에서는 댄스스포츠 선수 201명에게 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다차원 완벽주의는 열정에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 자기지향 완벽주의는 조화열정, 강박열정에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 타인지향과 사회부과는 열정에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다차원 완벽주의는 정서에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자기지향 완벽주의가 정서의 긍정정서에게 영향을 미치지만, 부정정서에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 타인지향과 사회지향은 정서에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 열정은 정서에게 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 조화열정과 강박열정은 긍정정서에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 부정정서에는 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 댄스스포츠 선수들은 목표와 기준을 세우고 기준을 성취하기 위한 자기지향 성향을 갖고 있으며, 이러한 성향은 자기만족감과 정적인 태도에 의해 열정과 긍정정서를 형성시킨다는 것을 알 수 있다.
