ERP와 타시스템간의 인터페이스 구현에 관한 연구

Abstract

정보기술은 매우 빠르게 변화하고 있으며 새로운 기술은 제품의 라이프사이클을 단축시키고 있다. 그리하여 정보기술이 기업경쟁력 혁신의 필수도구라는 ERP(Entcrprisc Rcsource Planning: 전사적 자원관리)에 대해 연구하였다. ERP는 재무회계로부터 영업, 구매, 생산등의 물류부문과 원가관리, 인사관리, 경영관리등 기업전반의 업무 프로세스를 지원하고 정보통합을 이루는 시스템으로 기존 정보시스템의 단점을 극복할 수 있다. 즉 기능별로 독립되어 개발된 기존의 정보시스템에서는 서로간의 통합이 미비하였고 급격하게 발전하는 정보기술의 흐름에도 적절하게 대응하지 못한 단점을 해결하기 위해 최근 ERP Package 도입을 중심으로 전개되고 있는 것이 일반적 추세이다. 본 논문의 연구에서는 ERP 시스템의 이론적 고찰과 ERP의 구성모듈을 제시하였고, ERP 구현방법을 분석하여 보았다. 또한 기존의 시스템이나 주변 시스템과 ERP 시스템을 원활하게 융화시키는 인터페이스 시스템이 중요하므로 ERP 중 SAP R/3 적용시 효율적인 DATA Interface을 위한 SAP 시스템과 기존의 타시스템간 인터 페이스를 위한 주요한 통신 방식에 대한 기능들을 소개하였으며 각각의 인터 페이스 방식에 대한 장단점을 업무 특성별로 적용할 수 있도록 도표로 정리 하였읍니다. 본 연구에서는 RFC 방식을 이용하여 Lotes와의 인터페이스를 구현하였다.;Over the years, the field of IT had witnessed the rapid changes causing the decrease in Product Life Cycle. Managers now looking for new management practices with a combination of IT based on management practices ranging from strategic planning to reengineering. Hope that they offer a new solution with integrating financial accounting, sales, procurement, production, human resource management, and cost accounting. Variations in the diffusion of practices and systems structures have prompted Computer Scientists to ask why the best business practices and information systems can not exist for the better effectiveness not only in terms of cost, but also interfaces. Software that clearly falls on the application side of the line includes manufacturing, financial and human resources software and the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) packages, which incorporate all those functions and more. This paper shows that according to the systems and introductory ERP perspective, the subjects discusses about theoretical backgrounds of ERP and their components. This perspective also asserts that the system data flows, interface, and its technical usage of ERP package using SAP. Most importantly, by search of ERP package implementation and comparison of other legacy systems, paper analyze the interface methodological processes as well as its pros and cons.
