Abstract
The rice destined for our Korean main food was investiqated nutritionally. The Typical samples of Korean rice which collected from all over south Korea were determined comparatively that variations, as well as granule weight, amount of hull, output and the content of some constituents. According to this paper some superior kinds such as "paltal", "sunsew", and "Palkweng" were found, that is, in nutritional view korean rice is richer than any other foreign product in the contents of protein, oil and fat, vitamins and so on. This resulting deta might serve as a basis for appraising the adequacy of our Korean diet and the possible desirability of some supplementation, as the enrichment or compound food with other cereals,
