심리극 집단상담에서 주인공의 감정표현이 집단응집력과 회기효율성에 미치는 효과

Abstract

본 연구는 심리극 집단상담에서 주인공의 감정표현을 중심으로 심리극의 과정을 분석하고자 하였다. 그리고 또한 주인공의 감정표현이 집단 응집력과 회기 효율성에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였고, 감정표현을 유발시키는 상담자의 반응은 어떤 것들이 있는지 파악하고자 하였다. 이 목적을 위하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 문제를 제기 하였다. 첫째, 심리극 집단상담에서 회기가 진행되면서 부정적인 감정표현은 감소하고 긍정적인 감정표현은 증가하는가? 둘째, 심리극 집단상담에서 주인공의 감정표현은 집단응집력에 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 심리극 집단상담에서 주안공의 감정표현은 회기효율성에 영향을 미치는가? 넷째, 심리극 집단상담에서 주인공의 감정표현을 유발시키는 연출자, 상대역 보조자아, 이중자아의 구체적인 반응은 어떤 것들인가? 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구 문제를 검토하기 위하여 집단응집력 척도를 제작하여 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 그리고 남, 녀 대학생 7명을 대상으로 총 9회기의 심리극 집단상담을 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 자료 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 회기별 주인공의 감정표현은 장면이 진행될수록 부정적인 감정은 감소되었고 긍정적인 감정은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 주인공의 감정표현이 집단 응집력에 미치는 효과를 살펴보면 감정표현이 높을수록 집단응집력 중 집단매력에 높은 점수를 보였고, 낮을수록 집단매력에서 낮은 점수를 보였다. 반면 집단관여에서는 감정표현이 높은 회기들이나 낮은 회기들에서 모두 높은 점수를 보이고 있다. 셋째, 주인공의 감정표현이 회기효율성에 미치는 효과를 살펴보면 주인공의 감정표현이 회기 효율성이 중요하게 기여하는 것으로 보인다. 다시말해 감정표현이 높을수록 집단원들은 그 회기를 깊이있다고 보았으며 긍정적 정서를 경험하였다고 보고하였다. 하지만 감정표현이 높을수록 집단원들은 그 회기를 덜 순조롭다고 평가하였다. 넷째, 주인공의 감정표현을 유발시키는 상담자의 반응을 살펴보면 연출자의 지시 탐색적 질문이며, 이중자아의 지지, 감정의 극대화, 자아를 향한 질문과 상대역의 부정적 대응반응이 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 심리극 집단상담에서 주인공의 감정표현이 집단응집력과 회기의 즉각적 효과를 측정하는 회기 효율성에 미치는 효과를 파악하고 감정표현을 유발시키는 상담자의 반응을 살펴보고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구결과들은 우리나라에서 아직은 많은 연구가 부족한 심리극 집단상담의 교육이나 훈련에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.;The present study is to examine the psychodrama process in relation to protagonist's emotional expressions. The following research questions are to be considered in detail. 1. Do the protagonist's emotional expressions take more positive things as the session proceeds toward the later stage of psychodrama group counseling? 2. Do the protagonist's emotional expressions effect the group cohesion? 3. Do the protagonist's emotional expressions effect the session effectiveness? 4. What are counselor'sCdirector, auxiliary role, double) major responses that induce the protagonist's emotional expressions? 5. What are counselor'sCdirector, auxillary role, double) major responses that induce the negative and positive emotional expressions? With the above-mentioned purposes, this study developed the group cohesion scale and tested for their reliability and validity, and List of counselor's(director, auxilliary role, double) responses were categorized. The data were collected from actual psychodrama group counseling. The subjects of the study were seven college stduents, five of whom are female. The researcher acted as director and one of the female counselors working at the psychodrama acted as the supervisor. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, as psychodrama group counseling sessions progressed, protagonist's emotional expression took more positive emotional expressions than the negative ones. Second, Protagonist's emotional expressions had an influence on the ' group attraction' of group cohesion, but did not effect 'group involving'. In other words, both high emotional expressions and low emotional expressions were high in the ' group involving' Third, protagonist's emotional expressions had an influence on evaluating the depth and the positive emotion of session effectiveness but did not not effect evaluation of the smoothness of session effectiveness. In other words, high emotional expression sessions were thought to be less smooth. Fourth, portagonist's verbal responses of emotional expressions were mostly induced by director's 'direction', double's 'supporting', 'emotional extremity', 'question toward the self', auxillary role's negative confrontation response. Fifth, protagonist's positive other reference is induced by auxillary role's 'probing response' and negative self reference is induced by double's 'satirizing'. Negative other reference is induced by auxillary's 'negative confrontation response', director's 'direction', double's 'supporting' and amvibalent self reference is induced double's 'questioning toward the self'. The most significant finding of this study was that the protagonist's emotional expressions' effect ' group cohesion' and 'session effectiveness'. However, it should be noted that fruther research is needed to investigate the individual different variables that effect the protagonist's emotional expressions. And Further research is required to develop the instruments for the psychodrama. This study is expected to contribute to psychodrama education and traing as well as to improve psychodrama effectiveness.
