제자화에 촛점을 둔 신앙교육론

Abstract

교회성장의 가장 바람직한 형태는 질적인 성장과 양적인 성장이 조화와 균형을 이루며 성장하는 것인데 이는 선교와 교육이 상호 유기적으로 이루어질때 가능하다. 오늘의 한국교회의 현실은 양적 비만증을 않고 있는 반면에 교회교육의 내적 충실의 긴급성을 직면하고 있다. 다원화되고 급변하는 세계 속에서 변치 않는 그리스도의 진리를 가르쳐서 교인들로 하여금 예수님의 인격과 생활을 닮은 삶을 살게하고 그리스도의 진리를 생명있게 증거할 수 있는 교인을 훈련하는 일이 교회교육의 과제이다. 이것은 반드시 제자교육으로 이루어져야한다. 제자화 교육을 통하여 인간은 새로운 생명을 가진 새로운 존재로서의 삶을 살아갈 수 있다. 그리하여 제자화 교육의 목표는 그리스도를 닮는 변화요 그리스도인의 존재화에 촛점을 두고 교육적 노력을 기울이는 것이다. 제자화 교육의 열쇠를 성인교육에 두고 있기에 교회를 대표하는 성인들로 하여금 제자로서 부르심을 받았다는 것을 인식하고 그들이 처한 상황에서 복음의 선교자로서 영적지도자로서 역할을 감당하도록 하며 주님의 명령인 "모든 족속으로 제자를 삼아라"하신 분부를 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 연구의 목적을 둔다. 그러므로 본 논문의 내용은 다음과 같이 전개되었다. 제Ⅰ장 서론에 이은 제Ⅱ장에서는 제자화의 신학적인 근거로서 성서에서의 제자의 의미와 신·구약 성서를 통해서 본 제자교육의 형태 그리고 제자화의 교육 신학적인 근거를 정리하였다. 제Ⅲ장에서는 제자화 교육의 방향으로 교육목적, 교육내용. 제자교육의 장, 그리고 제자교육의 방법에 대하여 정리하였다. 제Ⅳ장에서는 적용을 위한 실제 프로그램으로서 사랑의 교회를 실례로 들었고 제자교육을 위한 실제 프로그램을 제안하여 정리하였다. 제Ⅴ장 결론에서는 이 논문에서 얻어진 내용들을 요약함으로 끝을 맺는다.;The most desirable form of church growth comes out from the harmony and balance between the qualitative and quantitative growth, which is possible through reciprocal organization of a missionary work and education. The actual circumstance of Korean church today is confronted with the emergency of inner fullfillment, while suffering from quantitative corpulence. In this multipolarized and rapidly changing world, it is the task of church education to lead believers to acquire the personality and life style similar to those of Jesus, and train them to prove vividly the Christian truth by teaching them the everlasting truth of Christ. And this must be done through disciple training. Through disciple training, man can lead a life that is completely changed into a brand new one. Therefore, the aim of desciple training is to change believers' lives to follow Christ focused on the existential cultivation of all christians. Since the key of disciple training lies in the adult education, it is necessary for every adult Christian who represents church itself to realize that he was summoned by God to become this disciple and carry out the order, "Make all the people disciple," as a missionary of gospel and spiritual leader of all man. In this study, to help people lead a life of a disciple of Christ in its true meaning, the author has done as follows; 1) defined the meaning of disciple and discipleship as the basic concepts of disciple training based on the Bible; 2) investigated the disciple trainings mentioned in Old and New Testaments to establish correct understanding on disciple training itself; 3) examined the goal, method and subject of education based on the educational theories of disciple training. As the effective education method, the acts of Jesus Christ as a model teacher have been introduced, and the subject of education based on the educational theories of disciple training. Conclusively speaking, when every church cultivates proper educational programs that go well with the level of educates according to the major principles of Christ and the actual circumstance of church, and develops a systematic disciple training based mainly on the church, which is the God's body itself, the future of Korean Church will be bright.
