Abstract

한나라의 학문을 발전시키고 산업을 강성시키는데에는 많은 정보자료의 검색과 그 효과적인 이용이 절대적으로 요청되고 있다. 선진각국에서 수많은 2차 자료 즉 서지, 색인, 초록 등이 발생되는 이유가 여기에 있다. 한국에서는 아직도 이와같은 2차 문헌자료가 불충분하다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 인사관리에 관련된 문헌자료의 색인을 작성함으로써 전체적인 서지사업에 도움을 주고자 한다. 필자는 학부에서 전공한 인사관리분야의 자료를 1960년부터 1973년까지에 간행된 것을 정리하여 활용할 수 있도록 색인을 만들었다. 본 색인에서 사용한 주제의 전개는 1) 인사 및 노무관리 2) 인사관리제도, 행정규정 3) 채용 및 이동관리 4) 직무분석 및 인사고과 5) 인간관계 6) 조직 및 리더쉽 7) 모티베이션 및 사기 8) 교육훈련 및 직업훈련 9) 인력(능력)개발 10) 임금(직무급) 11) 노사관계 및 노동조직 12) 안전관리 및 복리후생 13) 기타논문으로 구분하여 배열하였다.;For the advancement of knowledge as well as industrial development, it is necessary to have the effective means of retrieval and use of information resources. Among advanced countries, the numerc secondary materials such as bibliographies, indexes, and abstracts have alsready been published for this purpose. However, we are stil in great need of such publications in Korea. The writer has endeavoured in indexing the publications including scholarly journals, serials, government publications, and thesises published in Korea during the period of 1960 though 1973 in the field of personnel management The themes used in this index include personnel (or labour) management, personnel management administration and institution. selection and turnover, job analysis, human relation, organizatic and leadership, motivation and morale, job education, job pay and Labour-management relationship etc. according to the content of theme, the materials used in the study were classified an arranged.
