효율적인 지도를 위한 massgame 구성의 이론과 실제

Abstract

건강하고 유능한 인간으로 뜻있고 보람있는 삶을 누리자면 먼저 우리의 몸을 형태적으로나 기능적으로 거의 완전하게 발달시켜야 할 것이다. 또한 그러기 위해서는 체육에 대한 진정한 가치와 필요성을 모든 사람이 깨달아야 하며 이를 강력히 실천해야 한다. 체육교육의 중요한 한 분야를 차지하고 있는 집단활동은 근래에 와서 더욱 그 교육적 가치와 기능이 확대되어 가고 있다. 만일 오늘과 같은 집단활동의 체제 속에서 이러한 것이 부족할 때는 집단으로서의 응집력이나 협응성도 희박해지는 것이며, 집회활동에 능률적으로 참여하고 민주사회 공민으로서의 자질을 갖는데도 많은 어려움이 따르게 될 것이다. 특히 집단활동으로서의 대표적인 Massgame은 협동과 단결을 통한 하나의 공동체로서 단체 속에서 개인을 의식할 수 있으며, 심신의 단련과 전신운동을 통하여 기본적 능력을 기르고 건강미와 집단미를 결합시킨 좋은 활동으로 교육적, 신체적, 사회적 가치가 크다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 Massgame이 학교 운동회 나 큰 행사가 있을 때에 가장 중요한 위치를 차지하며, 대회의 초점으로 기대되는 경우가 많기 때문에 그 행사의 주체를 지도하는 지도자의 입장에서 볼 때 많은 어려움이 따르게 되는 것이다. 그것의 가장 큰 이유가 대학의 교육과정 중에서 Massgame에 관한 이론과 실제가 없기 때문에 이것을 교수받지 못하고 일선에 나와 학생을 지도해야 하는 고충이 가장 큰 어려움인 것이다. 그러므로 여기에 따른 지도방안과 문제가 먼저 확립 되어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단체 속에서 개인을 의식하며 협동할 수 있는 태도를 육성하도록 하며 집단활동으로서의 공간을 구성하는 대형의 다양성 있는 변화를 연구하여 보다 효율적이고 바람직한 방향으로 Massgame을 지도해 나가기 위한 데에 주안점을 두었다.;First of all we should almost make a complete development of our body with skill and form in order to lead a meaningful and effective life as a healthy and able mankind. We should feel the value and necessity of physical exercise and put into practice with emphasis. In a viewpoint of the value and function of physical education, group activity, an important part of physical education is enlorged much more now. Being short of it in a modern life, we have the power of combination and the spirit of cooperation less than over before and encounter the difficulty having the natural disposition as a member of the community who should take part in the society. Massgame-activity which enables us to be healthy and to be aware of group consciousness - is said to be of educational, physical, and social value. By this, we'll recognize us in group - a group which is cooperated and united. By the training of mind and body, and the exercise of the whole body we will develop our essential faculty. Therefore massgame plays an important role in a school athletic meeting or a national tournament. The teachers who teach pupils' mass game encounter my difficulty because of the important spot of all the meetings . Shortage of the theory and practice of massgame in the curriculunn of university makes them encounter the difficulty. Therefore the method of teaching massgame is requisite for them. In this study, emphasis is laid on some following points: first, to develop the attitude how to cooperate with others recognizing oneself as an individual among multitudes. second: to pursue the varieties of formation to construct the space as a group activity. last, doing these, to teach the massgame more efficienty and skillfully.
