아동도서에 삽입되는 illustration에 대한 연구

Abstract

From the beginning of the birth, the children begin to learn everything from their environment. From the time when they are still immatured in their visual capacity, they begin to train themselves and come to get perception in due courses, and through their experiences they are able to think and express. The children grow up through such courses, mostly getting direct experiences, but they, particularly, get considerable experiences through books in their limited environment and culture. With intention to get educational effects in more educational and formative aspects for the children to get such experiences through books, this author have tried to write a thesis on pictures to be inserted in the children's books. In order to make pictures or drawings in its new aspects, it requires understanding the children. Therefore, I have reviewed the objective of our children's education through arts, and examined various aspects of the world of their expressions, which appear during the childhood, through literatures, and also surveyed whether there is any problem area in the pictures of our current children's books. In conception of works for the children's books, I have tried to find the children's intellectual level through their perception, and thus studied the way to make easily understandable children's books with sensible colours based on the situation of children's space expression. As for the constituent elements of the works, I have paid close attention to the composition, form, colors and contents of the pictures with emphasis on the importance of their educational object while trying to make the characters, backgrounds and other things fit to their tastes or fondness and thus lead them to their curiosity and interest.;어린이는 출생과 더불어 그의 환경으로부터 느끼고 깨닫고 경험하면서 교육되기 시작한다. 시야가 파악되지 않는 시기부터 감각지각등의 훈련을 시작하여 어느시기에 지각이 생기게 되고 그에 따른 경험들로 표현이 나타나게 된다. 어린이가 이 과정을 밟아 가는 가운데 직접적인 경험을 얻는 것이 대부분이지만 제한된 환경과 문화 속에서 어린이는 책을 통해서도 상당한 경험을 얻게 된다. 책을 통한 경험을 얻는데 있어서 보다 교육적이며 조형적 측면의 교육으로 이끌고자 하는 뜻에서 어린이 도서에 삽입되는 그림에 대해 이 논문을 쓰고자 한다. 아동용 도사라면 여러 종류의 것들이 있는데 그중에서 학령전기와 학령기 초기 어린이 들의 기대와 흥미, 그리고 작가의 교육적 의도가 담긴 그림동화를 중심으로 연구하였다. 아동용도서 그림을 새로이 제작하기 위해서는 아동을 이해할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 미술을 통한 아동학습의 목표를 고찰하고 아동기에 나타나는 표현세계를 문헌을 통하여 살펴 보았으며 우리나라에서 현재 발간되는 그림동화가 지니는 문제점을 여러개의 표집을 통해 분석하였다. 제안 작품의 형성은 어린이의 지각을 통한 지적수준을 기초로 하여 사물의 형태나 공간의 이해를 표혀하였으며 색채에 있어서도 바람직한 성격의 형성과 세련된 감각을 키울 수 있는 측면에서 모색 되었다. 작품을 구성하는 요소로서 인물 배경 그 밖의 사물들이 어린이의 기호에 적당하며 호기심과 흥미를 유도하는 한편 교육적 목표를 잊지 않는 자세로 그림의 구조 형태 색채 내용면에 면일한 주의를 기울였다.
