Abstract
1. Intent By surveying the outcome of Group Counseling and the process of the counseling through H.P.S. (Human-Potential-Seminars), T This study is to suggest that Group-Counseling is an effective filed of the experience learning in senior high school. 2. Problems This study is to explore whether; 1) Group Counseling has an effect on the self-actualization of the high-school students. 2) Group Counseling has an effect on the personal relationship of the high school students. 3) The Group development through the growth of each phase 4) Group process is affected by the hidden-agenda 3. Method The subjects for the study were 10 second year high school students who were volunteers. The Group Counseling had carried into 8 sessions. (it takes 20 hours during the period of 7 weeks) Through the leader's Manual of H.P.S. the Counseling was done. Before and after the counseling, POI (Personal Orientation Inventory) and Personal Relationship Scale were carried into. And to detect the process of the Group Counseling the matters on communication in the group counseling process were tabled and were recorded in the study. 4. Results 1) Through the Group Counseling the self-actualization level was increased and EX. (Existence) and SR. (Self-Regard) were increased in a high level. 2) Through the Group Counseling the level of Personal Relationship showed on affirmative changes. 3) The Group had a growing tendency through the growth of each phase. 4) Hidden-agenda Showed a tendency to have a negative effect on group progress.;1. 硏究의 目的 本 硏究는 H·P·S(Human Potential Seminars)를 적용하여 集團相談效果와 相談過程을 알아봄으로써 高等學校 學習現場에 集團相談이 效果的인 實驗學習의 場임을 제시하고자 한다. 2. 硏究의 問題 1) 集團相談은 靑少年의 自我實現에 어떤效果를 줄 것인가 알아본다. 2) 集團相談은 靑少年의 對人關係에 어떤效果를 줄 것인가 알아본다. 3) 相談集團은 일정단계를 거치며 發達할 것인가 알아본다. 4) 集團發達은 '숨겨진 문제'에 의해 어떤 영향을 받는가 알아본다. 3. 硏究의 方法 위의 問題를 알아보기 위해 自發的인 참여자 고2 10명을 대상으로 7주에 걸쳐 매회 3시간씩 7회의 分散的 方法과 종결회 1회의 集中的方法으로 전체 20시간의 集團相談을 실시했다. H·P·S의 지침서에 따라 상담을 실시했으며 상담 前·後에 自我實現검사와 對人關係 척도등을 검사했고 그 변화를 t검증했다. 또 集團相談의 過程的인 측면의 관찰을 위해 매회 녹음한 내용 중, 집단원의 露出된 문제를 어떻게 Feedback하고 있는가 도식화했고 그 내용을 발췌기록했다. 4. 結論 1) 集團相談을 통해 自我實現水準이 증가 되었으며 특히 實存性과 自己肯定性에서 有意한 증가를 나타냈다. 2) 集團相談을 통해 對入關係평가 척도수준이 肯定的인 變化를 보였다. 3) 集團相談은 일정단계를 거쳐 成熟해가는 경향을 보였다. 4) '숨겨진 문제'는 集團發達에 否定的 영향을 주는 경향을 보였다.
