集團內의 communication network 分析에 의한 地域社會 保健敎育適用에 關한 硏究

Abstract

個人에게 새로운 情報를 傳達하고 行爲變化를 위한 動機를 賦與할 수 있는 情報媒介方法에는 對人接觸(Interpersonal Contact)에 依한 敎育方法과 大衆媒體(Mass Media) 方法으로 크게 둘로 區分될 수 있다. 그중 大衆媒體는 짧은時間內에 많은사람들에게 接觸할 수 있는 長点을 가지고 있지만 一般的으로 對人接觸方法보다 行爲나 革新을 採擇케 하는 說得力面에서 效果가 떨어진다. 한편 對人接觸方法은 動機賦與와 個人 또는 集團의 態度變化를 일으키는데 大衆媒體보다 效果的이다. 우리나라 現 實情에서 都市低所得層이나 農漁村, 山間僻地住民들은 大衆媒體에 接觸할 수 있는 與件이 造成되어 있지못함을 감안하여 對人接觸에 依한 保健敎育方法이 優先的으로 開發되고 活用될수 있어야 한다는 假定을 하였다. 따라서 本 硏究는 對人接觸에 대한 保健敎育方法을 硏究의 촛점으로 採擇하여 集團構成員에게 影響力을 行使할 수 있는 所謂 輿論指導者를 活用, 保健要員의 役割을 開發, 利用함으로써 對人接觸에 依한 保健敎育效果를 더 한층 增進시킬 수 있는 戰略을 摸索하는데 있다. 그리하여 本 硏究는 커뮤니케이션 네트?p(Communication Network)理論을 活用해 地域社會內에서 輿論指導者를 밝혀냄으로써 對人接觸에 依한 保健敎育遂行에 利用할 수 있는 理論的인 모델을 開發하고, 保健敎育戰略樹立에 이 모델을 活用하여 實際 地域社會의 保健敎育問題와 直面하게 되었을 때 應用할 수 있게끔 앞으로의 課題를 다루었다.;The aims of the present research are to set up a direction of health education activity in the community and development of the model for health education program by utilizing the Communication Network Theory. The sample survey was conducted from March 6 to March 20, 1982, for different groups in their social characteristics from four departments in Ewha Womans University. The sample size was composed of 150 Students of Health Education, Korean Classical Music, Special Education, Mass Commucation Departments. To manage the Community Health Education Services efficiently, according to a concepts of the model, suggestions are presented as follows; 1. We must call our attention to the characteristics and specific properties of the groups in the community for the development of an appropriate program. 2. Interpersonal communication among the group members was found to be very important in diffusion of new idea. 3. We must find out the opinion leader who plays an important role in a group and utilize him as a health service personnel. 4. The primary role of the opinion leader is to increase interpersonal communication among group members, (connectedness) 5. Through the role of opinion leader in the community, We can expect to have an increasement of cohesive power among the group members.
