꽃의 律動的 表現

Abstract

自然은 藝術의 근원이며, 예술은 예술가의 精神的 世界를 거친 또하나의 자연이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 예술가는 자연에서 美를 發見하고 體驗한 美를 表現하고자 한다. 본 硏究는 심오한 自然의 섭리 속에서 조형요소를 추출하여 조형성을 추구하고자 꽃과 나비를 素材로 하여 律動的 형식에 따라 염색에 의한 美的表現의 가능성을 모색하는데 목적을 둔다. 그러므로 이론적 배경으로 자연과 藝術, 예술과 視知覺, 조형예술로서의 形과 律動의 시각화, 律動의 형식으로 표현 된 실제작품을 例를 들어 설명 하였으며, 염색의 조형적 표현을 위하여 표현매체에 관해 연구하므로써 실제작품 15점을 制作, 分析하여 다음과 같은 結論에 도달 하였다. 첫째, 人間의 끊임없는 조형의지는 자연의 질서와 法則에서 조형요소를 추출하여, 인간특유의 표현의지와 創造力에 의해 재구성하므로써 美的表現이 가능했다. 둘째, 자연의 심오한 秩序에서 오는 환상성을 律動的으로 표현하는데 있어서 꽃과 나비라는 素材는 자신의 조형관을 표현 하는데 적절한 소재가 되었다. 셋째, 염색에 의한 조형적 표현에 있어서 材料의 硏究, 기법의 開發, 형태, 표현양식에 따라서 創造的 표현이 가능했다. 한편 작품제작 과정에서 나타난 문제점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양식화 된 꽃과 사실적인 나비가 一體化 되기에는 다소 이질적 요소를 느낄수 있었다. 둘째, 파라핀의 반복사용과 농담표현에서 채도가 낮아지는 기법상의 문제가 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고, 앞으로 계속적인 硏究를 함으로서 염색에 의한 보다 심오한 조형세계를 구축 할 수 있을 것이며 아울러 생활공간에도 접근 할 수 있을 것이라 믿는다.;Nature is the origin of arts and symbolized through the minds of artists who discover beauty in nature and desire to put experienced feelings on expression. This study aims in pursuit of way of expression to be materialized through profound beautifulness in nature. Flowers and butterflies are introduced as subjects and materials to seek formative patterns and possibility in artistic expression by way of dyeing technique. In 15 dyeing works which were appreciated and presented in the form of rhythms, attempts have been made to explain media. cf formative representation and to express nature and arts, arts and visual perception, and visualization of shapes and rhythms as formative arts. Prinicipal analysis shows the following conclusions. Firstly, human desire towards formative sense of arts continues to make it possible to take formative elements in nature and express beauty of the nature through recomposition of these elements. Secondly, flowers and butterflies as subjects are proper materials to express symbolic image and fantasy coming from the nature. Thirdly, studies on variety of materials, development of new technique and shapes and way of dyeing in formative elements will make creative expressions possible. Difficulties were, however encountered in the course of dye-painting. 1) Stylization of flowers and realization of butterflies are not easily harmonized but rather hetergeneous in sense of integratron. 2) Chroma of the dye tends to be low in the course of repeated use of paraffin and expression of shade in colour. If these difficulties continue to be solved and improvements on dyeing method are pursued, more elaborated dyeing-arts will come to a better stage of recognition and will be a part of our real life style.
