인터넷 학습사이트 평가모델에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 국내 인터넷 학습 사이트의 현황을 파악하기 위해 학습 사이트의 운영 현황, 사이트의 교육내용, 사이트의 교육설계, 사이트의 교육환경, 사이트의 학습자고려영역을 중심으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이와 같은 목적에 따라 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정되었다. 인터넷 학습사이트의 운영 현황이 어떠한지 살펴본다. 인터넷 학습사이트를 에듀넷의 평가 모델에 학습자의 만족도와 개별성을 고려한 항목을 추가하여 구체적인 세부 항목으로 재구성한 모델로 평가하여 분석해 본다. 본 연구의 대상은 국내의 25개의 인터넷 학습사이트이다. 사이트를 분석하기 위해서 에듀넷(2001)에서 제시한 교육용 웹 사이트 평가 도구를 일부 수정하여 구체적인 항목으로 세분화하여 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 25개 사이트를 분석 한 후 백분율로 처리하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 학습 사이트의 개설 시기는 1999년을 처음 개설되기 시작하여 2003년에 들어서 급격하게 증가하게 되었고, 학습방식은 대부분의 인터넷 학습 사이트가 동기식 방식보다는 비동기식 방식으로 언제든지 학습자가 원하는 시간에 접속하여 자신만의 수업환경에서 학습 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 둘째, 인터넷 학습 사이트의 교육내용영역에 대한 분석 중 정보의 현재성, 보조 자료의 제시성, 내용구성의 표현성, 정보의 충분성, 내용의 최근성, 정보의 정확성, 정보의 저작권 보호에 대해서는 바람직하게 운영되고 있는 반면, 정보검색의 편리성, 내용의 이해성, 이용방법의 명확성, 학습과정의 편리성, 미리보기 제공성에 대해서는 앞으로의 개선이 필요하다. 이는 학습자와 학습 사이트의 교류에 있어서 일방적으로 학습 사이트에서 제시하고 있는 측면에서는 비교적 적절한 서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 양방향적인 학습자를 고려한 학습자 중심의 인터페이스에 대해서는 적절히 고려되지 않고 있음을 의미한다. 셋째, 인터넷 학습 사이트의 교육설계영역에서는 사용자 용이성, 네비게이션의 편리성, 사이트 맵의 정확성, 이동의 용이성, 사이트 편리성, 기술사용의 적절성, 멀티미디어 매체의 적절성, 문단 배열의 일관성, 글·그래픽 요소의 조화성, 색상의 적절성, 디자인요소의 친밀성, 반복학습의 제시성, 내용계열화의 합리성에 대해서는 바람직하고 운영되고 있는 반면, 학습 평가정보의 제시성, 운영자와의 상호작용성, 학습자들의 상호작용성, 피드백의 신속성, 학습자의 개별성에 대해서는 많은 개선이 필요하다. 특히, 상호작용성은 학습자들의 요구에 대해 피드백을 주는 것으로 앞으로 원활한 상호작용이 이루어지기 위한 학습 사이트의 노력이 필요할 것으로 본다. 넷째, 인터넷 학습사이트의 교육환경영역에서는 개인정보 보안성, 개인정보 변경 용이성, 시스템의 안정성, 자료의 안정성, 웹 페이지의 안정성, 로딩속도의 기능성, 수강신청의 용이성, 도움말의 제공성 모든 면에서 전반적으로 바람직하게 운영이 되고 있었다. 다섯째, 학습자고려영역에서는 학습자 환경의 권위성, 저자와 교사의 정보 제공성, 안내 및 고객센터 제공성에 대해서는 비교적 잘 운영이 되고 있었으나, 학습자의 만족도와 개별성의 학습자 추천성, 학습자 개별성과 학습자 환경의 커뮤니티의 다양성에 대해서는 많은 개선이 필요할 것으로 본다.;This thesis is to propose the evaluation model of the Internet learning sites. For this purpose, operation style, education design and education content, education circumstances of the sites are analyzed. With the above purpose, this study generates the study questions as follows: It is analyzed about the present situation of Internet learning sites for Korean SAT. It is analyzed of each field using Modified Evaluation Model to add learner's satisfaction and individualization to Edunet Evaluation Model. Twenty five sites are analyzed for this subject of this study. For analyzing the web site, researcher modified the Edunet evaluation model and divide The Model into definite items. With those results we finally analyzed the learning sites by using percentage. The result of this thesis gives us the conclusions as follows: First, The Internet Learning sites were opened from 1999, In 2003 there was a big increase and Most of Internet Learning sites use ASL(Asynchronous Shared Learning) method to access. Second, when it comes to the education content, it appears that many sites run well in terms of currency of information, preparation of the assistance data, various expression for content, coverage of information, currency of content, accuracy of information, all right protection of information. But many sites still need an improvement in the ease of searching information, understanding of content, definiteness of surfing of site, ease of learning process, preparation of preview, Considering HCI(Human Computer Interaction) interface, this means that one-way service from computer to intended audience is well operated but interactive service including feedback from the computer is not good enough. Third, when it comes to the education design, it appears that many sites run well in terms of ease of user, ease of navigation, accuracy of site map, ease of movement, ease of site, appropriateness of technology usefulness, appropriateness of multimedia medium, consistency of paragraph arrangement, balancer of text and graphic, appropriateness of color, intimacy of the design, preparation of repetition learning, reasonableness of content sequencing. But many sites still need an improvement in the preparation of evaluation information, interaction with operator, interaction of learner, speediness of feedback, individualization of learner. specially, interaction gives learner to the feedback. so many sites will need an improvement in harmonious interaction in the future. Fourth, when it comes to the education circumstance, it appears that many sites run well in terms of the security of private information, ease of private information change, stability of the system, stability of data, stability of the web-page, function of the loading speed, ease of lecture application. Finally, when it comes to the learner's need circumstance, it appears that many sites run well in terms of the authority, introduce of author and lecturer, guide and customer center. But many sites still need an improvement in the recommendation of learner, individualization of learner, variety of community.
