지구성운동과 헤마토크리트値 및 혈색소 변동에 關한 硏究

Abstract

Harvard step 운동 부하후 헤마토크리트直및 혈색소 변동에 관해 연구하고자 만 14세의 중학교 재학중인 여학생 30명을 대상으로 안정시와 Harvard Step 운동을 시킨 후 헤마토크리트直 (Hct), 혈색소 (Hb), 적혈구 평균혈색소농도 (M.C.H.C.)를 관찰한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 운동 부하전의 헤마토크리트値는 38.950±2.328%, 혈색소량은 12.797±0.686g/dl, 적혈구 평균혈색농도는 32.843±0.983으로 나타났다. 2. 운동 부하후의 헤마토크리트値는 38.950±2.328%에서 39.207±3.175%로 -0.85(p<0.01)의 차가 났으며 혈색소량은 12.797±0.909g/dl에서 12.903±1.329g/dl로 -0.68(p<0.01)의 차이가 있으며 적혈구 평균혈색소농도는 32.843±0.983에서 32.913±2.378로 -0.19(p<0.01)의 차가 나타났다.;The purpose of this study was to know of changes in hematocrit and hemoglobin after harvard step test, The total number of subjects were 30 junior high school girls of 14 years old. The following results were obtained on the changes in hematocrit, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration in the blood sampled from subjects both before and after harvard step test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Hematocrit was 38.950±2.328%, hemoglobin was 12.797±0.686 g/dl and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration was 32.843±0.983 before the loading. 2. Hematocrit was changed from 38.950±2.328% to 39.207±3.175%, hemoglobin was changed from 12.797±0.909 g/dl to 12.903±1.329 g/dl and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration was changed from 32.843±0.983 to 32.913±2.378 after the loading.
