家族治療를 通한 家族力動에 關한 硏究

Abstract

The Study on the Family Dynamic through Family Therapy. The theory of faily therapy has improved by developing of the general system theory and the personality theory is that focus on : How the family is related to community, and how the systems interact with each other between individual system, sibling system,parent-child system, marriage system, end family system in the family as a unit. Considering the family rather than family member as a client, Otto Pollak made a family diagnosis model which focuses on family structure, family function, relationship and feelings, and family dynamic according to this theory. In other words, Is there any pathological factor on the system with a focus on dynamic between systems, Do all family members accomplish their role as a family member considering the relationship of family members as a function to meet needs mutually, Is there any disturbance in relationship and feelings, and how do family dynamic pro-gress? The purpose of family therapy is to help the family members have adjustment ability instead of a pathological defense mechanism which is considered as a pathological family factor in family diagnosis by social worker and can recover homeostasis and act out their normal function. I attempt family therapy for treatment of children's mental illness in the assumption that children's mental illness is a sign of parental marital discord. I attained following conclusion from studying five hospitalized families each with a iientl illness member. The parent's naritl relationship is rejection of the partner's needs, trying to make their child to be on his side in order to get emotional support from hies or sometines, they have conflict in relation because one partner has accute character disorder, and thn other partner accepts it with passive aggressive attitude. Under such parents, children can not see a way of resolving their conflict, and have security because they have not identify model. After that, they lost ability to suppress hostility, aggression, and sex drive. As a social worker, therefore I try to help parents to recognize, accept, and understand through family therapy that their children's symptoms are stem from parental problems. It is important to remedy marital disturbance which causes the children's mental illness. Because it is impossible to treat the children's symptoms without removing basic the pathological factor. So I came to the conclusion that social worker must help yarents to have a good marital relationship in order to bring up healthy children.;가족치료를 통한 가족역동에 관한 연구. 가족치료 이론은 일반구조 이론과 성격이론의 발달로 20세기 후반기에 등장하여 연구되고있는 이론으로서 가족을 한단위로서 가족구조내의 개인구조, 형제구조, 부모자녀구조, 부부구조가 서로 어떤관계를 맺고있는가, 또 전가족구조는 지역사회기관과 어떤 관계를 맺고있는가의 관점에서 보는 이론이다. Otto pollak은 이 이론에 입각하여 개인보다도 가정을 요구호대상으로 보고 가족구조, 가족기능, 가정의 흐름과 관계경향, 역학면에서 보는 진단모형을 내 놓았다. 즉 구조와 구조간의 역동에 관심을 두고, 구조상에 병적요소는 없는지, 또 모든 가족원의 대인관계가 욕구를 만족시키려는 기능으로보고 욕구를 만족시켜주는 자원인으로서 기능을 수행하고 있는지, 그리고 가정을 지배하고있는 감정의 흐름과 가족성원들의 관계면에서 혼란은 없는지, 가족구조 및 기능, 감정이 서로 어떻게 작용하는지의 역동면에서 진단한다. 이러한 초점을 둔 가족진단에서 병리적요소가 발견되면 가족성원이 병리적인 방위기제를 사용하는 대신에 건전한 적응방법의 발달을 통하여 적응능력을 기르고, 가족이 역할과 관계면에서 평형수준을 잃었다면 균형을 회복하고 적절한 기능을 발휘하게하는 것이 가족치료의 목적이다. 본연구자는 자녀의 정신병은 가족구조상의 병리가 특히 가정의 주축을 이루는 부모의 부부구조의 역기능이 표면화된것이라는 가정하에 자녀의 정신병을 치료하기위한 방법으로 가족치료를 시도하였다. 본연구자가 가족치료한 다섯 개의 사례분석결과 정신병환자의 부모의 부부관계는 서로 상대방의 요구를 무시하고 배우자에게서 받지못하는 정서적인 대우를 받기 위하여 자녀를 자기편에 둘려고 노력하였고, 또 어떤 경우에는 한편의 부모가 심각하게 성격장애를 갖고 다른 한편의 수동적으로 행동을 받아주면서 갈등을 갖는 관계였다. 그런 부모밑에 자녀들은 동일시의 대상을 찾지못하여 자신의 갈등을 해결하는 방법을 몰랐고, 안정을 찾을수 없고, 증오, 공격심, 성욕등을 효과적으로 억압, 분담하는 능력을 상실함을 볼수있었다. 그러므로 본연구자는 가족치료를 통하여 사회사업가로서 자녀의 문제보다는 나타난 증상의 부모의 문제라는 것을 부모자신이 깨닫고, 인정하고, 받아들이고, 이해하도록 도왔다. 왜냐하면 병리적 가정의 근원적인 병리를 제거하지않는한 자녀의 정신병치료는 헛된 것이 되기에 자녀의 정신병보다 자녀의 정신병을 일으킨 부모의 부부구조상의 역기능을 제거해야 되기 때문이다. 그러므로 사회사업가를 포함한 모든 가족치료자는 가정에서 건전하고 적응력있는 자녀를 키우기 위하여는 부모가 건전한 부부관계를 갖도록 도와야한다는 결론을 얻었다.
