Abstract
1. 硏究의 目的 本 硏究는 學校內에서 遂行하는 敎師의 役割行爲에 대하여 男敎師와 女敎師 사이에는 差異가 있을 것인가를 밝히고 만일 있다면 어떠한 役割 內容에 差異가 있을 것인가를 알아내어 女敎師의 敎育的 地位確立에 기여코저 함에 있었다. 2. 假說 本 硏究의 目的을 達成하기 위하여 다음과 같은 세가지의 假說을 세우고 이를 究明하도록 하였다. (1) 學父母와 一線敎職者들은 敎師들의 學校內 役割行爲에 있어서 女敎師보다 男敎師를 더 높이 評價하고 있을 것이다. (2) 女敎師의 學校內 役割行爲에 대하여 學父母들은 敎育行政家 보다 더 높이 評價하고 있블 것이다. (3) 女敎師의 學校內 役割行爲에 대하여 男敎師와 比較할때 女敎師들 自身이 女敎師를 높게 評價하고 있을 것이다. 3. 硏究의 方法 a. 設問紙作成 學校內에서 敎師가 遂行하는 割役行爲 36個項目을 抽出한 說問紙를 作成하였으며 分析을 위해서는 12個의 領域이 되도록 하였다. 이때에 設問紙 構成에 있어서는 Lickert가 提示한 5段階 尺度法을 使用하였다. 作成될 說問紙는 硏究者가 動務하는 ○○高等學校 敎師 60 名에게 一次 應答을 求하고 2 週後 다시 같은 集團에 再應答토록하여 두 答案에서 說問紙에 使用된 問項의 信賴度를 얻었는데 結果는 r = .78 이었다. b. 標集 標集은 學父母, 一線敎職者, 敎育行政家의 3個集團을 對象으로 하였는데 總標集數는 2.099 名이었다. C. 分析의 方法 男女敎師의 役割行爲에 대한 評價度는 平均點數를 基準하였으며 兩集團間의 比較를 위해서는 t 檢證을 하였다. 4. 硏究의 結論 本 硏究의 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. (1) 標集全休集團은 女敎師가 遂行하는 學校內에서의 役割行爲에 대하여 女敎師를 男敎師 보다 優位로 評價하고 있다. (2) 實際로 女敎師의 役割行爲를 觀察하고 있는 一線敎職者 學父母보다 女敎師의 學校內 役割行爲를 높게 評價하고 있다. (3) 女敎師의 學校內 役割行爲에 대하여 男敎師는 全體的으로 女敎師 自身들이 自評하는 것 보다 오히려 높게 評價하고 있다. (4) 學校內 役割行爲에 있어서 女敎師의 優位性이 特히 부각되는 上位 役割行爲는, (1) 敎材에 關係되는 役割行爲 (2) 自已硏修 에 관한 役割行爲 (3) 專門職觀 (4) 敎師觀 (5) 生活指導에 關係된 役割行爲 (6) 學校 備品에 대한 管理上의 役割行爲等이며 比較的 낮게 評價되고 있는 下位役割行爲로는 (1) 學生理解에 關連된 役割行爲 (2) 地域社會 參與에 關連된 役割行爲 및 (3) 校外學生指導에 關連된 役割行爲이다. (5) 本 硏究의 結果가 시사하는 바는 學校內에서 遂行하는 敎師의 役割行爲에 관한 限 女敎師가 男敎師보다 優位에 있다는 것이 밝혀졌으며 이는 敎育行政家 및 男敎師가 學父母나 女敎師 自身이 評하고 있는것보다 높게 評價하고 있다는 것도 밝혀졌다.;1. Purpose of the Survey The present survey was directed to find out any difference between man and woman teachers in carrying out their respective teaching role and in case there exists such a difference it would be verified in order to firmly establish educational position of woman teacher. 2. Hypothesis In order to attain the purpose of the present survey three kinds of hypothesis were proposed and verified as follows; llgl(1) Both the parents and active educators would esteem man teacher more than woman teacher. (2) Vis-a-vis the role of woman teacher within the school the parents would esteem higher than educational administrator. 7 (3) In comparing educational role of woman teacher within a school to that of man teacher women teachers would valuate themselves higher. 3. Method of the Study a. Enquete The enquete was made of 36 items concerning educational duty that a teacher carries out in a school and it was further made in such a way that 12 fields were to be analized. In formulating the enquete 5 echelon scale as proposed by Lickert was adopted. The enquete was distributed to 60 teachers of the school where the author actually works in twice at a time interval of 2 weeks in order to increase its credibility and the result was r = 0.78. b. Sampling population Sampling population was consisted of 3 group namely, the parent, active teacher and educational administrator and the total number was 2,099. c. Analytical method The evaluation Df the activity of both man and woman teachers was based on the mean value and a comparison was made between the two groups. 4. Conclusion of the study The following conclusions were obtain from the present survey. 1) The whole population of the survey esteemed woman teacher higher than man teacher vis-a-vis their educational attitude within the school. 2) The active education administrators who supervise professional aptitude of women teachers esteemed women teachers higher than the parents did. 3) Men teachers appraised professional aptitude of women teacher higher than women teachers did themselves. 4) The superiority of women teachers were particularily seen in the aptitude regarding to (1), teaching mater material, (2), professional training, (3), professional attitude, (4), teacher's attitude, (5) student counseling, (6), managerial apitude of teaching equipment and fixture whereas aptitude regarding to (1) reconnaissance of student, (2), participation to community activity and (3) student guidance outside the school was lowly esteemed. 5. The results of the present survey indicate that women teachers are superiorer than men teachers in educational aptitude. Both educational administrators and men teachers approve it more than the parents and women teachers do.
