중.고등학교 양호교사의 지각향상에 관한 연구

Abstract

양호교사의 지각향성에 관한 본 연구는 1980년 3월 21일 부터 5월 9일 까지 서울시 행정구역상의 서부지역의 중·고등학교, 문교부의 학력이 인정되는 전수학교의 양호교사 63명을 조사대상으로 하였다. 구체적인 연구목적은 양호교사의 근무성적 및 일반적 특성과 지각향성간의 관계를 밝히는데 있다. 연구도구는 타인에게 도움을 주는 전문직업인의 근무수행의 정도가 그 사람의 지각에 의해 결정된다는 원리를 기본 개념으로한 최 정훈 제작 전문직업인용 「지각향성검사」와 「교원공무원 승진규정」을 중심으로 작성한 「근무성적평정지」를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 콤퓨터로 처리하여 T-검증, F-검증, Pearson상관계수로 분석하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 조사대상자의 근무성적별 지각향성간에는 유의의 차는 없었다(P＞0.05). 2. 조사대상자의 연령별 자신에 대한 지각향성은 전반적으로 긍정적이었고, 타인과 자기 직업에 대한 지각향성은 긍정적인 기준에서 미달되었으며, 연령별 지각향성간에는 유의의 차는 없었다(P＞0.05). 3. 조사대상자의 근무배경별 지각향성간에는 사립학교 근무자가 국·공립학교 근무자보다 전반적으로 긍정적이었고 특히 자신에 대한 지각향성은 사립학교 근무자가 국·공립학교 근무자보다 유의의 차로 긍정적이었다(P＜0.05). 4. 조사대상자의 타과목 겸직유무별 지각향성간에는 타과목을 겸직하는 자가 양호업무만 담당하는 자보다 지각향성이 긍정적이었으나 유의의 차는 없었다(P＜0.05). 5. 조사대상자의 학력별 자신에 대한 지각향성은 긍정적이었고 타인과 자기 직업에 대한 지각향성은 긍정적인 기준에 미달되었으며 학력별 지각향성간에는 유의의 차는 없었다(P＞0.05). 6. 조사대상자의 경력별 자신에 대한 지각향성은 전반적으로 긍정적이었고 타인과 자기 직업에 대한 지각향성은 긍정적인 기준에 미달되었으며 경력별 지각향성간에는 유의의 차는 없었다(P＞0.05). 7. 조사대상자의 직업만족상태별 지각향성은 전반적으로 긍정적인 기준에 미달되었으며 직업만족상태별 지각향성간에는 유의의 차는 없었다(P＞0.05).;Men's activities are affected by their perceptual orientation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptual orientation of the school nurses in relation to their work performance records and other general characteristics of the school nurses including the age, experience, level of education, teaching responsibility, ownership of the school, and the level of satisfaction in work. The study instruments employed in this study were the "Perceptual orientation Scale" and the "Work Performance Evaluation Sheet" prepared from the "Promotion Regulation for the Public School Teachers". The data were collected from 63 school nurses in 87 middle and high schools and special schools located in the western part of Seoul and analyzed using T-test, F-test, and pearson correlation. The findings are as follows : 1. No significant relationship existed between the perceptual orientation and the work performance records (P＞0.05). 2. There was no significant relationship between the perceptual orientation and the experience, age, level of satisfaction in work, and the level of education (P＞0.05), however, in general, the perceptual orientation as to self-consciousness was positive and the perceptual orientations as to work and other people were not positive. 3. The private school nurses had higher perceptual orientation scores than the public school nurses did, and especially in perceptual orientation as to self-consciousness, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). 4. The school nurses who had teaching responsibility showed higher perceptual orientation scores than those who did not, but the difference was not significant (P＞0.05).
