멍개(Halocynthia roretzi)의 단백질 전기영동상에 관하여

Abstract

한국산 멍게[Halocynthia roretzi(v. Drasche, 1884)]를 주문진, 포항 및 여수의 3지역에서 채집하여 일반 단백질을 polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis에 의하여 분석하고 세 지역에 따른 종 내의 형태학적 변이를 생화학적인 면에서 비교하였다. 일반 단백질의 band의 수는 지역에 관계없이 7~9개로 나타났다. 단백질 이동도에 의한 band의 위치에 따라 세 지역의 개체들이 주문진, 포항은 3형의 구룹으로, 여수는 4형의 구룹으로 나뉘어진다. 종 내의 차이는 약간 나타나고 있으나 이는 지역에 의존하지 않는다. Rho(1971)에 의한 세 지역에 따른 형태적 변이는 단백질 전기영동에 의한 결과로는 뒷받침되지 않는다.;The polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic patterns of total protein of Halocynthia roretzi(v. Drasche, 1884) collected from Chumunjin, Pohang and Yosu in Korea were described and compared in connection with the intraspecific morphological variation among the three regions. The patterns of total protein appeared to be 7-9 bands and the difference among three regions was not found. According to the mobility and the band position, each of Chumunjin and Pohang was divided into Three phenotypes, and Yosu into four. Intraspecific difference was not conspicuous and not population dependent. The regional variation described by Rho(1971) was not supported by the result of the present experiment.
