韓國社會福祉協議會 構成에 關한 小考

Abstract

The purpose of this study is based on the assumption that there is the necessity of estabilishing a unified association of social organizations or agencies, that is, a social welfare council to give order to the unplanned and disordered state of social welfare and to promote sound growth in developing Korean Social Work. Historically, specific forms of social welfare coucil and specific functions have changed in relation to the needs of the times. In general, however, it may be said that basic structure was a representative organization or agency. Those structures were designed by the councils to carry out the major functions of planning and coordination of services. The process used was through administration, education, promotion and developing cooperation among agonies to meet community need. In Chapter Ⅲ organizations and a agencies were studied as members of the council of social welfare which should be established in Korea. The administrative process was presented the role which the professional worker has in the council organization process. In the last Chapter, suggested trends for the council of social welfare in Korea are discussed.
