中學生의 友人間의 心理的 類似性 硏究

Abstract

청년기에 있어서 友人集團은 Personality 형성 및 사회적발달에 중요한 의의를 가지고 있다. 本 硏究는 우리나라 중학교과정에 있는 학생들에게 있어서 友人選擇이 어떤 양상으로 나타나는지를 알아보고, 友人選擇의 類似性의 特徵을 규명하고자 하는 것이 目的이다. 따라서 本 硏究의 問題는 다음과 같다. 1. 중학교에 있어서 選擇된 학생의 一般的 성격特徵 2. 友人으로 選擇된 학생의 학업성적의 特徵 3. 友人으로 選擇된 학생과 選擇되지 않은 학생간의 對人行動의 差異 4. 友人으로 選擇된 학생의 여러 心理的 特徵간의 相關關係 5. 友人을 選擇한 학생과 友人으로 選擇당한 학생간의 類似性 이를 위해 중학교 1학년에서 3학년사이의 남·녀 학생집단 414명을 대상으로하여 「대인관계 진단검사」와 「좋은 성격 특징 조사표 」를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 選擇된 友人의 一般的 성격 特徵은 중요한 조건이 아니다. 2. 選擇된 友人의 학업성적의 특징은 選擇되지 않을 학생에 비해서 有意한 差異로 우수하다. 3. 友人으로 選擇된 학생과 選擇되지 않은 학생과는 對人行動에 있어서, 지배적, 협동적, 책임감이 높은 학생이 선택되어지고 자기말살적, 반항적, 공격적, 경쟁적 要因이 높은 학생은 선택되지 않는 差異가 나타났다. 4. 友人으로 選擇된 학생의 心理的 特徵간의 相關關係는 좋은 성적을 나타내는 학생은 一般的으로 좋은 성격을 가지고 있으며, 대인관계와 일반전 성격 특징과는 상관이 없다. 5. 友人을 選擇한 학생과 友人으로 選擇당한 학생간에는 성적, 대인관계에서 뚜렷한 類似性을 보이며 一般的 性格 特徵에서는 相補性을 발견할 수 있다.;In the adolescence, peer group has an important meaning in the personality and social development. This study aims a t investigating the factors which determine the choosing of friends and psychological similarities between the selectors and selectees. The problems of this study are as follows : 1. General psychological characteristic in the trends of choosing the friends in middle school. 2. Achievements of selectees. 3. Differences of interpersonal behavior between selectees and non-selectees. 4. Correlations among psychological characteristics of selectees. 5. Psychological similarities between selectors and selectees. For this study, Diagnosis Test of Interpersonal Relation and Questionnaire of good Personality are administered as tools to the 414 students including boys and girls from two middle schools through 7th - 9th grades. Results are as follows : 1. General psychological characteristics are not so important condition in choosing friends. 2. Achievement is significantly important factor in choosing friends. 3. Interpersonal behavior factors are not so important factor in choosing friends. 4. Generally higher achiever reveals good personality characteristics but does not reveal any correlation with interpersonal behaviors. 5. High similarities were found between selectors and selectees.
