진해만의 해산지각류 Evadne nordmanii와 Evadne tergestina의 생물학적 연구

Abstract

Ⅰ. 진해만 일대의 6개 지점에서 1977년 11월에서 1978년 9월까지 매 기수월에 채집했던 해산 지각류는 1속 2종(Evadne nordmanii, Evadne tergestina)으로 동정 분류하였다. Ⅱ. Evadne nordmanii는 5~9월에 걸쳐서 출현하였고 Evande tergestina는 7월과 9월에 출현하였다. Ⅲ. 상대생장 분석의 결과로 E. tergestina는 전장이 4~9mm이고 체고가 2~7mm의 폭으로 성장하였으며 체장의 빈도 분포는 정규분포형을 나타내고 있었다. Ⅳ. 해산 지각류의 계절적인 소장은 수온과 밀접한 관계가 있었다.;Bimonthly observations of the marine Cladocera were carried out during the period from November 1977 to September 1978 at six stations in the Jinhae Bay. A total of 2 species genera, representing 1 of the marine Cladocera were collected and identified in the present study. Evadne nordmanii was represented from May to September and E. tergestina in July and September. For the allomorphosis the population E. tergestina was ranged from 4 to 9 mm in body length and from 2 to 7 mm in body height. The frequency distribution of body length was showed normal distribution. Seasonal fluctuations of the marine Cladocera were closely related with water temperature.
