중학교 家事科의 재봉실습에 관한 조사 연구

Abstract

According as the middle school curricula have been totallyor partially revised five times, the domestic course, a optional subject in the vocation-Home Economics, has been changed. And so the Blouse-marking changed markedly in its ccontents. The purpose of this study is to find out the Problems in teaching how to make blouses by surveying the practical management of the domestic course. Present the materials for the effective teaching in school and to be useful in the next revision of the curriculum by surveying the understanding of the practical sewing education and the blouse-making education. I sent a questionnaire to, 72 teachers in 72 schools, 360 third year students. They are all in Seoul or Gyong gui-do. The statistical research used the percentage, the T-test, and the ANOVA test. The results of this research are as follows. 1. The problem in the management of the practical blouse-making education. (1) most of the students have five class hours in a week, which are the least assigued ones. (2) Practice is replaced with theory owing to the lock of class-hour for the preparation for the entrance examination. (3) It is the most difficult for the students to attach a collar and a sleeve to a blouse. (4) There are many schools which lock in the sewing machins or did not permit the students to use them freely, and so there are many students who have not used them. (5) Only finished product is presented to the teacher as a sample. 2. The large part of the teachers and students think that woman ought to know something basic about the sewing, and the practical sewing education is affirmative. But the students don't like the sewing learning very much because of its difficulty and complication. 3. Teachers react negatively to "the Blouse-making", but students don't; for the unit, "Blouse making" is too much placed in the third year and there is not much time. Students hope that the process of the blouse-making will be compiled easily and in detail, but teachers hope that it will be compiled to be taught thorougly in one part.;중학교 교육과정이 5차에 걸쳐서 전면적으로 또는 부분적으로 개정되면서 실업 가정과 중의 선택과목인 家事科에도 많은 변화가 있었다. 家事科의 內容 中 블라우스 만들기는 현저한 변화를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 블라우스 만들기에 대한 교육과정의 운영실태를 파악해서 문제점을 찾아내고, 재봉실습 교육과 블라우스 만들기에 대한 인식도를 조사하여, 다음 교육과정 개정시 참고자료가 되도록 하고 현장에서의 효율적인 학습 방안을 위한 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 목적을 수행하기 위해 서울과 경기지역 72개 중학교의 家事 담당교사 72명과 3학년 학생 360명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 했다. 문항별 빈도 분포는 백분율로 하고, 서울과 경기간의 비교는 유의도 검증을 했으며 학생과 교사간, 서울과 경기간의 비교는 ANOVA 검증을 했다. 이상의 연구절차에 의하여 얻은 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 입시 준비의 과중한 부담때문에 충실한 수업이 이루어지지않고 있다. 교과서에 나와 있는 세 가지 블라우스 중 한 가지정도를 선택하여 실습을 하고 나머지는 이론으로 대치하고 있다. 둘째, 교사가 수업을 할 때 견본을 제작하여 활용하는 것이 학습에 效果가 있다고 應答하고 있는데 방법은 完成品으로 하나만 제시하고 있다. 세째, 블라우스 만들기가 중학교 3학년 수준에 비해 어렵다고 하고 있다. 재봉실습은 까다롭고 복잡한 것이라고 생각하고 있고, 칼라 달기와 소매 달기를 어렵다고 지적했다. 재봉틀 박기 중 가장 기본이 되는 직선박기를 할 줄 아는 학생은 67%정도였다. 네째, 재봉시설 및 기구가 갖추어져 있지 않아서 학교의 재봉틀을 사용해 보지 않은 학생도 많았다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 중학생들의 能力수준에 맞는 실습 내용을 선정하여 제시하고, 실용성 있고 기초적인 것을 학습하도록 한 후에 옷를 제작하도록 해야할 것이다. 교과서를 편제할 때는 단계별로 상세하게 그림과 설명을 제시해야 할 것이다.
