가정관리능력과 생활만족도와의 관계 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 도시주부, 농촌주부의 가정관리능력(행위별능력, 대상별능력)의 일반적인 성향을 알아보고, 가족의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 주부의 가정관리능력을 파악한 후, 도시남편과 농촌남편, 또한 도시부인과 농촌부인의 생활만족도를 비교하고, 주부의 가정관리능력과 생활만족도와의 관계를 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 연구방법은 설문지법을 사용하여 전라남도 광주시와 화순, 담양지역에서 회수된 설문지 1028부(514가구) 중 822부(411가구)를 통계처리에 사용하였으며 자료의 분석방법은 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편자, T-test, F-test를 사용하였다. 연구결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 1. 도시주부의 가정관리능력(행위별능력, 대상별능력)은 농촌주부보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며 도시주부와 농촌주부는 서로간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 가족의 인구통계학적 특성에 있어서 연령과 결혼생활기간은 도시주부의 가정관리행위별, 대상별능력에 영향을 주는 변인이었고 농촌주부에는 영향을 주지 않았으며 월평균수입은 농촌주부의 가정관리대상별능력에 영향을 주었고, 도시주부에는 영향을 주지 않았으며, 교육정도는 도시주부의 가정관리행위별, 대상별능력에 영향을 주었고, 가족 형태는 도시, 농촌주부 모두에게 영향을 주지 않았다. 3. 가정생활만족도를 살펴보면 부부관계에 있어서의 만족도나 자녀교육에 대한 의견일치도에 있어서의 만족도는 도시남편과 농촌남편 사이에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 도시남편의 만족도가 농촌남편보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났고 도시부인과 농촌부인 사이에도 유의한 차이가 있었으며 도시부인이 농촌부인보다 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회 경제적 지위에 있어서의 만족도는 도시남편, 농촌남편 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었고, 도시부인과 농촌부인 사이에도 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4. 도시, 농촌 주부의 가정관리능력과 생활만족도와의 관계를 보면 가정관리행위별능력은 도시주부의 경우, 계획과 조정에 있어서 집단간에 유의한 차이가 있었고 농촌주부의 경우에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 가정관리대상별능력은 도시주부의 경우, 애정만이 집단간에 유의한 차이가 있었고 농촌주부의 경우에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 앞으로의 연구는, 주부의 가정관리능력에 따른 가족전체의 생활만족도, 즉 자녀와 남편, 또한 확대가족인 경우에는 시부모까지도 포함하는 폭넓은 연구가 요구된다.;The purport of this study is through the research of general characteristics of rural wives' home management ability (both obilities according to conducts and objects), and then after comparing not only wives' home management abilities owing to the characteristics of home but also the degree of satisfactions in living among city-husbands, rural-husbands and city-wives and rural-wives to investigate the relationship between home management ability and the degree of satisfaction in Living. A questionnaire was used to obtain relevant data. Among the total of one thousand twenty eight papers, eight hundred twenty two papers gathered in Kwang-ju, Hwa-soon, and Dam-yang in chullanamdo were used to the statistical processing. For the statistical analysis, frequency, percentage, average and average-deviation and also T-test and F-test were conducted. The major findings are as follows: 1. There are meaningful differences between rural and city wives' home management abilities, and that of city wives in higher than that of rural wives. 2. The age and the term of married life in the aspects of the characteristics of famliy have an effect on the ability of city wives but not on that of rural wives. The degree of education is a influencing factor to city wives, but the shape of family is not influencing to any. 3. When looking into the extent of satisfaction in family life, in the occasion of the relationship between husband and wife and of agreements in children's education-problems, there are meaningful differences between city and rural husbands, and the degrees of satisfaction are represented to be more higherin city-husbands than in rural husbands. Also in the occasion of wives, city-wives have highter degrees than rural-wives. And the degree of satisfaction about their social economical position has no differences in the cases. 4. Considering the relationship between home management ability and the degree of satisfaction in living, city wives have meaningful differences among the classes in program and control, but rural wives have no differences. Also in the home management ability according to objects, city wives have meaningful differences only in affection, but rural wives do not have. Studies to come need more wide research dealing with the degree of satisfaction in living of the entire family members according to the wives' home management ability, also in the occasion of expanded family involving the parents-in law.
