成人男子의 衣服習慣에 關한 硏究

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in clothing practices in view of socio-economic backgrounds , such as occupation, area, age, educational levels, monthly income, etc. for white-collar and blue collar male worker in Meoung-Dong and Guro Industrial complex, which shows special properties in the constitution of one's occupation. For the measurement of the clothing acquiring behavior and clothing maintenance behavior were used questions selected from those previously use in our country for the same purpose some of which were revised , while for the measurement of the clothing wearing behaviors were used questions selected from "Composite Measures of Specified Clothing Variables" developed by Creekmore and from those previously used in our country for the same purpose Data used in this study were obtained from 252 persons, among whome the sample was based upon Persons Employed by Occupation. (원문누락) The statistical analyses of the obtained data was made on the basis of Calculations of the Frequency Distribution, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, X^(2)-test, the result of which were produced through the use of SPSS Packase. Analysis of the data in this present study reached its conclusion as follows : 1. Clothing acquairing behavior represets difference by background. 2. Among the clothing wearing behaviors' variables it ranked in the following order: 'inner directed' , 'opposite sex directed', 'superior directed', 'mass directed', 'own sex directed'. 3. Clothing maintenance behavior represent difference by socioeconomic background. 4. Clothing wearing style and favorite style shows no difference by background.;本 硏究는 職業的 特性을 가진 明洞과 九老工團 地域의 事務職과 生産職에 從事하는 成人男子를 對象으로 勤務地域, 職種, 月收入 敎育水準, 年齡등의背景要因에 따른 衣服習慣의 差異를 比較 分析하여 그들의 衣服習慣에 影響을 미치는 要因을 把握하므로서 成人男子의 衣服行動理解에 도움을 주려는데 그 目的이 있다. 衣服習慣은 入手行動, 着用行動, 整理行動으로 分類하여 測定하였으며 入手行動, 整理行動과 選好 style에 關한 問項은 先行硏究에서 使用된 問題를 修正·補完하였고 着用行動에 關한 問項은 A.M.Creekmore의 "Composite Measures of Specified clothing Variables"와 國內 先行硏究에서 使用된 問項을 修正 補完하여 豫備調査를 거쳐 妥當度가 있는 問項을 使用하였다. 標準對象은 職種別 就業者를 基準으로 地域的 特性을 考慮하여 硏究者가 任意로 選定한 職業 從事者 252名이었다. 硏究資料에 對한 統計 處理는 SPSS package의 sub program을 利用하여 度數, 百分率, 平均, 標準偏差를 算出하고 F-test와 t-test X^(2)-test로 檢證하였다. 本 硏究의 資料 分析 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 入手行動은 背景變因에 의한 差異가 나타났다. 2. 着用行動은 「自己志向性」, 「異性志向性」, 「상사志向性」,「大衆志向性」, 「同性志向性」의 順으로 나타났다. 地域과 職種間에 「自己志向性」, 「異性志向性」, 「大衆志向性」 變因이 p<.05 水準에서 有意한 差異를 보였고 學歷에서는 「自己志向性」「異性志向性」「大衆志向性」요인이 p<.05水準에서 差異를 나타냈고 制服의 變因에서 「自己志向性」이 p<.05水準에서 差異를 보였다. 3. 整理行動은 모든 背景變因 間에 p<.001 水準에서 差異를 나타냈다. 4. 着用 및 選好 style은 背景要因 間에 差異가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 成人 男子들에게 衣服의 役割은 능률적으로 활동할 수 있는 편안하면서 신체와 심리를 보호하는 것이며 계층간의 구분과 自我實現을 위하여 의복을 도구로 사용하므로 의복을 통해서 개인의 役割을 지각할 수 있다. 유행에는 무관심하며 타인과 유사한 의복을 着用하나 무의식중에 양복의 디자인 변화를 수용하려고 한다. 전반적인 衣服習慣 形成에 動務地域, 職種, 月收入, 學歷, 年齡, 結婚, 制服등의 背景變因이 영향을 미친다.
