한국인 집단에서 보체 C81(α-γ)과 Factor I의 유전자 빈도 및 다형현상

Abstract

Genetic polymorphism of human C81(α-γ) and factor I in Korean population has been investigated using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing (PAGIEF) followed by immunoblotting. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The phenotypes of C81 were classified into three common and two rare phenotypes in Korean population. : Three common phenotypes were C81 A, C81 B, and C81 AB. Two rare phenotypes were C81 A1A and C81 AB1. Other rare phenotypes. C81 A1B, C81 A2A, C81 A2B. and C81 B1B were not detected. 2. The gene frequencies of C81 alleles were calculated t o be 0.629 f o r C8l*A, 0.362 for C81*B, 0.008 for C81*Al, and 0.002 for C81*B1, respectively. 3. Three common phenotypes of F I , F I A, F I B, and F I AB were detected in Korean population. The allele frequencies of F I were calculated to be 0.101 for F I *A and 0.899 for F I *B. 4. Based on the above results, C81 and F I were polymorphic traits in Korean population.;한국인 집단의 혈장에서 complement component C81(α-γ)과 complement factor I (C3b/C4b inactivator)에 대한 다형현상을 vertical slab polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing(PAGIEF) 과 immunoblotting 방법으로 조사 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 한국인 집단에서 complement component C81은 3가지 common phenotypes인 C81 A, C81 B, 그리고 C81 AB가 발견되었고 rare phenotypes 으로는 C81 A1A과 C81 AB1이 발견되었다. 그러나 다른 rare phenotypes인 C81 A1B, C81 A2A, C81 A2B, 그리고 C81 B1B는 발견되지 않았다. 2. 한국인 집단에서 발견된 C81의 유전자 빈도는 C81*A는 0.629, C81*B는 0.362, C81*A1은 0.008, 그리고 C81*B1은 0.002로 각각 산출되었다. 3. 한국인 집단에서 factor I (FI)은 3가지 common phenotypes인 FI A, FI B, 그리고 FI AB가 나타났으며, 2개의 공우성 대립인자인 FI*A와 FI*B의 빈도는 각각 0.101과 0.899로 산출되었다. 4. 위의 결과를 근거로 하여 한국인 집단에서의 C81과 FI은 polymorphic함을 알 수 있다.
