국악 교육의 실태 연구에 따른 국악 감상 학습의 제언

Abstract

국적 있는 교육과 민족 문화의 회복을 위한 음악 교육은 국악 교육을 실시해왔고 또한 학교 수업 현장에서는 계속 국악 교육이 미비하나마 행해지고 있다. 그러나 교육현자에서의 국악 교육의 실상을 살펴보면 대부분이 단편적이며 다분히 이론적으로 다루어 지고 있고, 이로인해 청소년들은 국악에 흥미를 느끼지 못하고 실지로 국악을 대할 기회가 적은 학생들은 우리의 훌륭한 민족 문화인 국악을 마치 이질적인 음악을 대하듯 생소한 시각으로 바라보며 마치 서양음악만이 최고의 음악인양 즐기고 있음을 발견할 수 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 학생들로 하여금 국악에 흥미를 갖고 국악의 아름다움을 제대로 향수할 수 있는 지식과 이해를 갖게 하고, 국악을 접할 수 있는 좀 더 많은 기회를 제공하기 위한 한 방편으로 음악교육의 여러 분야 중에서도 가장 중요한 부분이라 할 수 있는 감상 분야를 중심으로 바람직하고 효과적인 국악 감상 교육방법을 제헌함을 그 목적으로 두었다. 이를 위한 본 연구자는 첫째, 문헌연구를 통하여 국악 교육과 감상 교육의 위상 및 효과등을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 설문서를 통하여 국악 교육과 감상 교육의 전반적인 실태와 문제점, 개선방법등을 조사, 분석하였다 셋째, 위 두 사실에 근거하여 현장에서 사용할 수 있는 감상학습안을 제시하였다. 설문서의 결과를 볼 때 우리 나라 현장에서 이루어 지고 있는 국악 감상 교육에는 다소의 문제점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이런 문제점은 감상이란 학습영역에 대한 자체적인 문제라기보다는 제도적, 사회적인 문제와 더불어 교육을 담당하고 있는 교사들의 고정관념과 소극적 자세에서 비롯되었다는 것을 알게되었다. 또한 감상 교육은 독자적으로 교육시키는 것 보다 음악의 다른 여러 영역들과 함께 통합적으로 교육시키는 것이 보다 효과적이라는 사실도 또한 알게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구자는 국악이 아직은 교사나 학생들에게 제대로 이해되지 않고 있고 또한 흥미를 끌지 못하고 있음을 감안하여 국악에의 친밀감과 바른이해를 주 골자로 하고 이를위한 방법으로 1) 표현능력과 2)감상능력을 구성요소로 하는 감상 학습안을 제시하였다. 제시된 감상학습모형이 학생들에게는 국악에 대한 감상경험을 높히고 능동적이고 적극적으로 국악의 아름다움을 추구하려는 마음과 태도를 길러주는 동기가 되고 교사들에게는 계속 노력 연구하는 태도와 또 다른 교육방법을 개발하는 계기가 되기를 바라며 종합적인 교육이란 관점에서 계속적인 후속연구가 있기를 기대한다.;It is national korean classcal music that the music education has been emphasized for the education with nationality and the recovery of nation culture. Also, national korean classcal music education is continued in the classroom . Due to national korean classcal music education in the classroom which has a short piece and is not teached practically student are not interested in national korean classcal music and really they regard the our national korean classcal music as unfamiliar music. Thus, developing a education method plan of national korean classcal music appreciation. That could be used effectively in the junior high school music class is the main purpose of the study. In order to achieve the stated goal of the study, the writer has followed the following procedures: In order to 1) have a better knowledge about position and effect of national korean classcal music education and appreciation education, the writer studied reiated literature. 2) investigate the current situation, the problems and improvement of national korean classcal music education and appreciation education in the junior high school music class, the writer has developed two questionnaires-- teacher ' s questionnaire and student ' s then administered the questionnaires accordingly: According to the result of questionnair analysis, there are some problems in the junior high school and national korean classcal music appreciation education class. The writer knows that the problems are not the appreciation itself but are the negative attitudes of the music edcators as well as social-systematic defficieucy of understanding. Therefore the writer supposed the integrated national korean classcal music appreciation education study plan based on music educator's effort and sincerity. Proposed appreciation study program does help student's understanding and knowledge of national korean classcal music and wish to have a opportunity of developing study and dther education method. The writer wish there will be a successing study.
