학교 문서관리 전산화에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 사무정보를 전달하는 가장 보편적인 수단은 문서이다. 현대의 사무 자동화기기등 사무 활동 매체가 급격히 발전하고 있음에도 불구하고 기본적인 매체는 문서인 것이다. 그러나, 요즈음과 같이 업무가 복잡해지고 과다해지는 환경속에서, 하루에도 무수히 접수 및 발송되는 문서를 신속하게 용이하게 관리 하기란 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본연구인은 흔히 가볍게 지나갈 수 있는 문서관리업무 분야 중에서 문서를 정리하고 보관하는 목록관리를 중심으로 연구를 하였다. 기존의 문서관리 업무를 파악하고 그중, 효율적인 목록관리를 위한 시스템을 설계한 뒤, 각 기관에서 널리 사용하고 있는 PC 환경하에서 구현을 하였다. 문서목록관리를 전산화함으로써 보다 효율적이고 용이한 문서관리 업무를 수행할 수가 있게 되었다. 앞으로, 문서의 전달 지연, 누락등의 문제에 관한 부분까지 처리 될 수 있도록 계속 수정 보완이 되어야 할 것이다.;Today, the document is most universal means of office information transmittal. In spite of rapid growth of office activity media like office automation machine, the fundamental media is still the document. But, i t is not easy t o control the document quickly and easily in environment of complex and excessive work. The purpose of this thesis is to study of control and storage of document index file which can be passed over lightly. We classify such five major parts as document registration, inquiry, retrieve, statistical data retrieve, data printing for this study. The effective system for index file control in PC environment used widely has designed after identification of existing document control work. The computer system of document index file has performed effective and ease document control works much better. The computer system shall be continuously changed and modified for control of document transmittal delay and omission.
