청소년의 성실태에 관한 조사 연구

Abstract

인간에 있어서 성문제는 인간생활에서 가장 중요한 부분의 하나이다. 특히 성인의 문턱에선 청소년의 가장 큰 관심은 이성이요, 성의 문제이다. 성장과정에서 볼 때 이 시기는 성에 대한 관심이 높아지고, 신체적으로나 정신적으로 많은 변화를 겪게 된다. 본 연구에서는 서울수도권 지역내의 4개교 남녀 중, 고등학교 400명을 대상으로 성에 대한 행동, 성에 대한 지식, 성에 대한 고민 성에 대한 태도에 대해 질문지를 통한 조사를 실시하였으며 이들의 응답을 성별, 학년, 가족환경에 따라 비교 분석하였다. 자료처리는 회수된 질문지중 부실한 것을 제외한 383부를 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 전산처리 하였다. 분석방법은 응답자의 특성에 따른 빈도차를 보기위해 x^(2) 검증을 실시 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성에 대한 행동 현재 이성친구가 있는 학생과 이성친구를 사귄 경험이 있는 학생은 여학생보다 남학생이 많으며, 학년이 높을수록 많은 것으로 나타났다. 성경험(자위행위, 키스, 애무, 성교)에 있어서도 남학생일수록, 학년이 높을수록, 결손가정의 학생일수록 성경험이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 성에 대한 지식 남녀의 신체구조에 대한 이해, 남녀의 생리적 현상에 대한 이해에 있어서 남학생보다 여학생이 더 잘 이해하고 있고, 학년이 높아질수록 알고 있다고 응답한 학생들이 많다. 피임의 뜻, 방법에 대한 이해, 자위에 대한 이해에 있어서는 남학생일수록, 학년이 높아질수록 더 잘알고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성에 대한 지식의 출처에 있어서도 남학생일수록, 학년이 높을수록 비디오, 잡지등에서 흥미 위주의 성지식을 얻는다고 응답하였고, 성교육의 필요성에 대해서는 여학생일수록, 학년이 높을수록 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 3. 성에 대한 고민 성에 대한 고민은 남학생일수록 학년이 높아질수록 많으며, 성고민의 원인으로는 남녀학생 모두 '이성교제'가 높게 나타났으며, 특히 남학생의 경우 '성충동'이 성고민의 원인으로 높게 나타났고 학년이 높을수록 '이성교제'가 성고민의 원인으로 높게 나타났다. 성문제가 생겼을 경우에는 '친구'와 상담하겠다고 응답한 학생들이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 성에 대한 태도 순결, 동정에 대한 태도와 혼전 성관계에 대한 태도에서는 여학생일수록, 부모와 함께 사는 경우에 순결의식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 학년이 높을수록 성에 대한 태도는 개방적인 것으로 보인다. 자신의 처녀, 동정관에 대한 태도에서 여학생이 남학생보다 자신의 처녀, 동정관을 더 중요시하고 결손가정의 학생일수록, 학년이 높을수록 자신의 처녀, 동정관에 대해 개방적인 것으로 나타났다. 상대의 처녀, 동정관에 대한 태도에서는 여학생이 남학생보다 높은 의식을 가지고 있으며, 학년이 높을수록 자신의 처녀, 동정관에 대한 태도와는 달리 '꼭 지켜야 한다'에 높게 응답하였다. 성에 대한 욕구에 있어서도 남학생일수록, 학년이 높을수록 성에 대한 욕구가 더욱 많은 것으로 나타났다.;From time immemorial, it could be one of the most important thing to human Me, what the matter of sex. Especially the teenager who is in a time of transition of adult may put great interest on opposite sex and problem of sex. In this period they feel themselves, with growing up, many Changes both sides of physically and mentally. This study had performed answer sheet survey questioning about their behavior, comprehension, agnoy and attitude against sex and their response have compared and analyzed by sex, grade, family members environment subject to 400 pupils of 4 male and female middle school and high school located in Seoul metropolis area. 383 answer sheet except unbelievable one have computerized using SPSS program. Analysis have been performed x^(2) verification trying to find out frequency difference of responser's distinction. The conclusions of this study are as belows. 1) Behavior Against Sex It shows that male pupils more than female and higher grade pupils more than lower have the opposite sex friend now and such an experience. They display that sexual experiences (masturbation, kissing, petting, sexual intercourse) are more frequent to male pupils, higher grade pupils and insufficient family than others'. 2) Knowledge About Sex It is discovered that female pupils better than male pupils apprehend the organization of human body and the physiological phenomena of men and women. As their grade become higher, they understand them well. With the meaning of contraception, the understanding about contraception method and masturvation, male or higher grade pupils know it better than female pupils or lower grade ones do. 3) Troubles About Sex Male and higher grade pupils have more troubles about sex than female and low grade ones do. And it is founded that the acquaintance with the other sex is the cause of trobles about sex to both of them, especially to male pupils, sexual impulse may be the main cause of the agonies in their lie Also it is revealed that they want to consult with their close friend when they have troubles about sex. 4) Attitude Toward Sex In the matter of virginal purity and premarital sex, female pupils and those who have no problems in family are more rigid than the others. On the other side, the higher grade pupils are the m e pliable towards sex they are. Also female pupils take higher value on self-virginity than male pupils do. pupils who have defects in the home-life and higher grade pupils are frexible on sex too. in attitude against the virginity of the partner, female pupils react on more rigidly than male also the higher grade they are, the more seriously they feel and they set ,so far as, up to "It must be protected" In add, male pupils than female pupils and higher graders than the lowers express their sex desire strongly.
