정보시스템 구축단계에 따른 전산교육 수준의 차이에 관한 연구

Abstract

정보사회에서 다량의 자료처리 및 가공을 위한 대표적인 도구인 컴퓨터에 관련된 전산교육에 있어서는 먼저 기업의 현재 교육상황을 진단하고 그에 알맞는 교육체계의 수립과 실천이 중요한 문제이다. 그러면 기업의 현 상황을 진단하기 위한 기준은 무엇인가하는 의문이 제기될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구인은 Nolan의 성장이론을 근거로 한 기업의 정보시스템 구축단계가 기업내 전산교육을 위한 모델을 수립하는데 기준이 될 수 있다고 보고 이의 검증을 위해 정보시스템의 구축단계에 따른 전산교육 수준의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 전산교육수준을 나타낼 수 있는 요인을 설정하고 이를 바탕으로 설문지를 작성하여 국내 1700여 기업을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 그중 우편으로 회수된 353부의 자료를 SAS/PC를 이용하여 통계처리 및 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 국내기업은 정보시스템 구축단계에 따라 전산교육의 집행형태, 전산교육의 체계 및 목표수준, 전산교육에 대한 투자수준, 전산교육의 목적 및 내용의 수준은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 차이는 전반적으로 정보시스템의 구축단계가 높아질수록 전산교육의 수준도 높아져 가는 것으로 나타나 각 기업에 알맞는 교육모델을 수립하기 위해서는 그 기업의 정보시스템 구축단계를 고려하는 것이 의미가 있음이 검증되었다. 그러므로 기업의 정보시스템 성장단계와 전산교육의 수준을 파악하고 수준이 낮은 요인과 그 원인을 충분히 진단한 후 그에 적합한 교육모델의 수립 및 체계적인 실천을 하는것이 요구된다고 하겠다.;This study begins with the assumption that a firm's construction stage of information system based on Nolan's stage model can be a criterion in establishing the model of computer education in the firm. I analysed the correlations between the compuer education level and the construction stage of information system to test the above mentioned hypothesis. The analysis was carried out through the questionaire research about the firms in Korea. The result of this analysis can be summarized that there are significant correlations between the construction stage of information system and the factors which consist of the level of computer education. Therefore. each firm must diagnose the present level of computer education precisely on the basis of the construction stage of information system, and must execute the appropriate computer education program through establishment of the proper education sys tern.
