학생이 지각하는 교사의 지도성 유형과 학습태도

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 학생이 지각하는 교사의 지도성과 학습태도와의 관계를 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 교사의 지도성 유형에 따라 학습태도는 차이가 있는가? 1 - a. 교사의 지도성 유형과 학습동기 1 - b. 교사의 지도성 유형과 학습방법 1 - c. 교자의 지도성 유형과 환경·능력·정서요인 2. 교사의 지도성 유형에 따라 남녀학생의 학습태도에는 차이가 있는가? 2 - a. 효율적 지도성 유형에서의 남녀학생의 학습태도 차 2 - b. 과업지향적 지도성 유형에서의 남녀학생의 학습태도 차 2 - c. 인화중심적 지도성 유형에서의 남녀학생의 학습태도 차 2 - d. 비효율적 지도성 유형에서의 남녀학생의 학습태도 차 위의 문제를 조사하기 위해 서울시내 국민학교 6학년 학생 456명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 학생이 지각하는 교사의 지도성과 학습태도는 질문지법으로 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS에 의해 전산처리하였고, 집단간의 유의차 검증은 t -검증 및 변량분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 교사의 지도성에 따라 학습태도는 유의한 차이가 있다. 즉, 교사의 지도성 유형에 따라 학습동기, 학습방법, 환경·능력·정서요인 모두 의미있는 차이를 보이며, 효율적 지도성의 교사일 때 학습태도가 가장 높고, 과업지향적, 인화중심적, 비효율적 교사의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 2. 효율적, 과업지향적, 비효율적 지도성의 교사일 때 남녀의 학습태도에는 차이가 있다. 구체적으로 보면, 효율적, 과업지향적, 비효율적 지도성의 교사일 때 남녀학생의 학습동기, 학습방법에는 의미있는 차이가 있으며, 여학생이 남학생보다 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 학생의 학습태도는 교사의 지도성 유형에 따라 차이가 있으며, 효율적인 지도성의 교사일 때 학습태도 각 요인이 모두 높게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 사실은 교사의 지도성이 학업성취를 위한 과업지향적 행위와 이해와 사랑을 바탕으로 한 교사·학생 상호간의 신뢰가 적절히 균형을 이룰 때 학생의 올바른 학습태도가 형성됨을 시사하고 있다.;The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the teacher's leadership perceived by students and their learning attitudes. The specific research questions are as follows: 1. Are there difference in students' learning attitudes(motivations, techniques, remainder) with the types of teacher's leadership perceived by students? 2. Are there differences in students' learning attitudes according to the sex with the types of teacher's leadership perceived by students? To this study, 456 students in 6th grade of elementary school in Seoul have been selected randomly. Types of teacher's leadership perceived by students and their learning attitudes have been analyzed through the questionnaires, which were classified by SPSS, T-Test and One-Way ANOVA. As the result of this study, following conclusions were deduced. 1. Students' learning attitudes according to the types of teacher's leadership disclosed significant difference. 2. Male and female students' learning attitudes, specially learning motivations and techniques, also showed meaningful differences according to the types of teacher's leadership, and female student' learning attitudes indicated more desirable overally than male students. As combining all this results, students; learning attitudes toward every types of teacher's leadership showed significant differences, and every factors in the learning attitudes toward the effective leadership read the highest. Therefore, students' utmost learning attitudes are suggested to be grown through the proper balance of the teacher's task oriented leadership and mutual trust between students and teachers based on understanding.
