福音書에 나타난 예수그리스도의 敎育思想

Abstract

본 논문은 예수 그리스도의 교육사상에 대해서 연구한 것이다. 예수 그리스도는 그의 선교사역을 교육적 방법으로 성취한 하나님께로 부터 온 교사였다. 그는 하나님과 자기 자신, 인간, 영원한 세계, 인간이 마땅히 살아야 할 참된 삶에 대해 모든 것을 이해했고, 인간을 그것들과 바르게 연결시키고자 하였다. 그는 시간과 장소와 형식에 구애됨이 없이 사람들과 함께 하였고, 언어와 상징과 삶으로 가르쳤다. 또한 사람들의 필요를 채우고, 사람들을 섬겼다. 그는 진리와 사랑의 화신(化身)이었고 기도하는 영성(Spirituality)을 지니었다. 그리고 만남과 대화를 중심으로 다수의 대중보다 소수의 제자육성에 역점을 두어 그의 가르침이 계속되고 확산되도록 하였다. 그의 가르침의 결과로 인간의 존엄성이 발견되고 강조되었다. 또한 수많은 사람들의 인격과 삶이 변화하였고, 기독교 교육의 장미며 기독교 문화의 터전인 교회 공동체가 형성되었으며 기독교 교육의 이상적인 모델이 제시되었다. 그리고 그의 제자들에 의해 계승된 선교적 교육 활동들은 기독교적인 문화 형성에 까지 영향을 미치게 되었다. 겨우 3년 여의 공생애를 통하여 이렇게 엄청난 일을 한 위대한 교사인 예수 그리스도는 기독교 교육을 하고자 하는 사람들의 진정한 스승이며 목표이다. 따라서 그의 인격과 삶을 본받고 그의 교육의 목적과 내용과 방법을 배우는 일은, 기독교 교육 사역을 선교적 차원에서 성공시켜 나가고자 하는 사람들에게 필수적인 일이다.;This study is on Jesus Christ's educational idea. Jesus Christ, a teacher who was sent by God accomplished his missionary work through his own educational method. He knew all about God, himself, human beings, the eternal world, and true life which man ought to live, and then tried to connect human beings properly with them. He was with people at any time, at any place, and in any form. He taught by means of language, satisfied people's needs, and served people. He was the incarnation of truth and love with praying spirituality, and laid more stress on educating minor disciples than on enlightening the congregation in terms of meeting and coversation expecting them to continue and to extend what he had taught. His religious teaching resulted in the change of many people's characters and life, in the development of social customs and institution, and in the formation of Christian culture. Jesus Christ, the great teacher who had done such great works through public life of no more than three years or so, is the true teacher and object of those who would do Christian education. Now we should try to make successful the task of Christian education which we are charged with, by following the example of his character and life, and by learning his educational objects and methods.
